Taps Empire Opiniones

Superb, fast and exactly as advertised

tap arrived fast, free delivery and in good condition

High quality stock at great prices. Accessible and responsive customer service. My first choice from now on.

Easy to order online and delivered on time.

quick delivery, good price, original quality product, very pleased with service

Quick delivery. Reasonable price. Quality tap. Thank you.

Order arrived just as planned. Great service

I would never buy from this supplier again. Goods arrived promptly and OK but family illness and resulting availability of plumber meant item not installed as originally planned. It was then discovered that the item was unsuitable for our location but as we were outside the 14 day returns period, they totally refused to accept any Return goods, despite our explaining valid reason why the install was delayed. Very poor Customer Relations

Excellent - slick & quick service and delivery. Excellent website

Great value plus excellent service. A little problem with our order was resolved quickly and efficiently. Both our lovely Bristan taps have now been fitted. Would definitely recommend and will use again if the need arises.

Excellent website, comprehensive choice of goods, easy to order. Quick response. I am very pleased with the taps I purchased. My parcel was delivered in super quick time. Cannot fault the service.

Easy website to select the correct product. Prompt delivery

I bought a pair of Bristan taps. Good price, prompt delivery and well packed. Very satisfied

Helpful on the phone, quick delivery
I called to confirm stock on a shower tray + waste, (having been misled about availability by another supplier), the person I spoke to was quick and confirmed the parts were in stock and would be delivered within a week, probably sooner. 2 days later, they turned up!

They called, they left the parcel in a safe place. I wish all deliveries were as efficient as yours.

This company is amazing. They have such a vast range in stock, selling top brands at competitive prices. Plus super fast delivery. This will be my number one place to get bathroom products.

Instant pick up of phone when I called. Spoke to someone who knew his job really well. I haven’t used it yet as it’s being installed for me but the delivery time was amazing.
I have had do so much chasing of some companies that this was a real find. Thank you for your support.
