Ordered cheese and sausage and received the order after almost 3 weeks after ordering and telling me I could not cancel because the order was in process. After almost 3 weeks waiting for my order and some type of status indication that my order had finally shipped. Many delays in responses from That Daily Deal until after the order was actually picked up by UPS which was 7 days after my first attempt at cancellation.

I’ve been purchasing from ThatDailyDeal for a long time, and have placed a lot of orders. I’ve had very few issues with any of the orders; but the one or two there have been, were handled so smoothly and professionally by their customer service department. I look forward to seeing their deal offers everyday.

There are a lot of good deals on this site. On one of my orders, I had to reach out to customer services. A representative, Madison promptly fixed my issue. She was courteous and professional. Although, the issue made me unhappy, I appreciate a company like this that does their best to be fair and make things right for customers. I will shop with them in the future.

I accidentally ordered 3 of the same item. I informed That Daily Deal and they took care of it right away, Excited to get the oil spritzer - great price - they are for gifts!

Ordered some sausages and accidentally added fresh cheese. Reached out to adjust the order to ensure that I don't get home to spoiled cheese lol. Madison with Customer Service answered and adjusted in a matter of hours. Sausages were also great! Highly recommend!

I had selected the wrong shipping address, and they were able to fix it immediately with no hassle and super-quick communication. I am excited to get all my products especially the oil sprayer. I’ve had to contact the business on a couple of occasions and they are quick to respond and resolve. Example: my last order arrived with a hole in the package and a missing item. Within 24 hours, a replacement was on the way.

I have gotten some great deals from That Daily Deal and have been really satisfied. Recently I received an order that was not what I expected and appeared damaged upon receipt. I emailed them with a picture and within hours, I had a full refund. Excellent customer service!

I love their stuff but too tempting. I got the mystery subscription for a while but it is likely better if you have a good sized family as say children's toys were not suitable for me my children being grown. I eventually canceled the subscription but what to do with the toys. Similarly you might find camping gear not suitable to your indoor lifestyle. Their products do seem well priced and decent quality but may or may not be what you need

"That Daily Deal" is a fun company that offers up very good deals on items that (I assume) are closeouts. They have daily deals (and now daily multitude of deals) on what are sometimes very unique items and "gadgety" products. It's fun to see what they come up with and they usually present them in very silly ways. The products range from pet supplies to high tech gadgets, something for all walks of life. They also push the envelope on a variety of ways to save, provide incentives, and even have contests. Their customer service is excellent too, as they go above and beyond try to keep their customer base happy, and just do right by their customers. Their staff is not high in number and are genuinely goofy, but in a good, silly way. They have been around for many years now, as other deal-of-the-day sites have come and gone, reflective of their methods of trying different things to stay fresh, relevant and appealing.

I have purchased several items from Daily Deal and they really are great deals. They have the BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I have had an issue a couple of times. Contacting the was easy through their email and they responded quickly and the issue was taken care of right away with professional, courteous and efficient representatives. I trust them and their products and enjoy purchasing from them.

The TEAM at the Daily Deal is awesome. I am a longtime customer and have always gotten great service. This last time was over a food item that was not compatible for me. They went ahead and refunded me everything I paid for it with a smile and I kind word!!! Give them a try you will love them.
