Hermione was our designer, and we are so grateful for her insight and inspiration. Nothing was too much trouble when it came to changes, her patience was invaluable.
Install were very tidy and diligent.
Painter was also tidy excellent.
I would absolutely recommend Shaker Workshop.

We have recently had a kitchen installed by the shaker kitchen workshop.
Happy to say that the experience has been terrific.
From initial enquiries at the Cirencester branch, to meeting Godith our designer it’s all been fantastic.
We choose to have TSW install everything including worktops and all kitchen appliances: range, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc.
The process has been smooth. The collaboration between TSW installers and our electrician and plumber has worked well.

I believe a special mention should go to Godith from the farnham branch. Her ability to design a practical, liveable but architecturally beautiful kitchen is beyond doubt. Thank you so much!!

The worktop installers also managed to book match our worktop to the backsplash which was impressive.

Look forward to getting back into the house and using our new kitchen!!!

I didn’t make it as far as actually ordering the units from TSW due to some very tight timing needs on our side that meant made to measure, bespoke units which I’m sure would have been of a superior quality were not feasible in the end for us. Yet I’m here writing a 5 star review of Hermione Hawkins, senior designer at TSW for her very detailed, and meticulous design & quote that she put together for us in really very short notice.

I’ve found a lot of Kitchen companies want to get you in the showroom, f2f initially, taking up valuable time if you’re trying to shop around partly because they know you will likely go with a company because you’ve already invested so much of your own time…

Hermione and TSW are the opposite of this, they do not mess about and are happy to put in the work upfront (if that is what you want) so that you can compare quotes and quality quickly, informed, and move forward in your process.

The initial / starting point design Hermione sent us was just brilliant, and in less than 24 hours… her detailed email outlining all her decisions was also super helpful. I wish we could have gone with TSW but I’ll certainly be recommending and hopefully will use them in the future.

The staff in the Cirencester store are fabulous; nothing is too much trouble. Harriet in particular is exceptional; her attention to detail is second to none and she is a great designer. Add to that her friendly and polite nature and the whole experience has been amazing. I strongly recommend this company.

Beautiful quality kitchens and excellent service throughout. We were also pleasantly surprised at the price, which was very competitive. Godith was so professional and such a lovely person to work with, and has designed us such a stunning space that we love. Have already recommended to several others and will continue to do so. Kitchen fitters were tidy and respectful and when a tiny snag was found they were back at very short notice to repair. Very happy customer.

I have recently fitted a kitchen from the shaker workshop, supplied by my customer. I have fitted many kitchens from various companies over the years, but the quality of this kitchen is absolutely incredible, units will invariably come with slight damage etc from transportation, everything was dealt with efficiently and without quibble, delivery was exceptional, by both their own delivery team and partners who delivered the appliances. Our kitchen designer (Hermione) was on hand when needed and extremely efficient and responsive, which as a fitter is almost unheard of if you’re not direct to the company. The survey and plans I had to work to were the most accurate I’ve worked from, I would 100 percent recommend them.

We have just installed our new kitchen in our Irish house and wish to thank everyone at The Shaker Workshop whose service, guidance and support was immeasurable. From our initial discussions over design with Maria who has such great insight and understood what we wanted, to Karolina and Justyna who were so helpful with logistics and storage and to the fellows who helped load the kitchen onto our van, the service provided was professional and hassle free.
The kitchen is so beautiful and our carpenter commented on the quality of the craftsmanship and how it was lovely to install.
We are delighted with the result - especially with the colour which Maria helped to match - and are looking forward to spending lots of time in it.

Five star kitchen and service! I love our Shaker Workshop kitchen. Every step of the process, from meeting our designer Harriet to the final touch ups has been flawless. Communication with all departments throughout the process has been excellent and consistent. The quality of the kitchen is superb and it looks beautiful too. I would highly recommend using The Shaker Workshop.

We went to a lot of different kitchen showrooms while searching for our perfect kitchen. When we stepped into the Shaker Workshop in Clapham we knew we had found the kitchen we had been searching for. Hermione Hawkins was our designer and she was brilliant. Not only talented but also patient and she worked incredibly hard to design the most perfect kitchen. Hermione had so many ideas and we completely trusted her opinions. We loved the quality of the cabinetry, worktops and appliances. We also loved that the kitchens were bespoke and could be designed to fit our space. The website was easy to use and gave us some excellent ideas. The fitting was seamless, on time, on budget and the kitchen painting was of a very high quality. We would not hesitate to recommend the Shaker Workshop and Hermione and we are extremely grateful for all of the hard work, design and craftsmanship.

We received excellent service from The Shaker Workshop. Our designer, Hermione, went above and beyond for us. No question was too much trouble and she had the patience of a saint. She knows the product inside out, was engaged with the process, volunteered ideas and made sensible suggestions so we built up a high level of trust. She worked so hard to keep the kitchen within our budget. She also knows when to move things forward though as there are only so many revisions you can have! Karolina and the customer service team were also fantastic. They were responsive and dealt with minor snagging issues quickly. The end product is a beautiful kitchen which was really reasonably priced. Well done and thanks to all.

Brilliant from start to finish!!
We had a nightmare with our build but Shaker never once gave us an issue, they accommodated all our needs and made the process as smooth as possible. We absolutely love our kitchen and utility, and it was great to design it exactly as we wanted it.

I was recommended Shaker Workshop by a friend who used them for their kitchen. You will not be disappointed. The service from start to finish is excellent and the quality of the product is second to none compared to the other kitchen companies on the market. The patience, knowledge, understanding and assistance you receive from every member of staff to create your perfect kitchen is old style. The client comes first and they will do all they can to give you the best value for money possible. Our renovation experience was so stressful but the designing and installation of my kitchen was the one aspect that was made easy and brought a smile to my face. Thank you Skaker Workshop for an absolutely beautiful kitchen.

A fantastic service from start to finish, we are extremely pleased and happy with the end results. Hermione the designer was extremely helpful and patient with our iterations and amends/tweaks. Once design was complete and deposit paid Karolina took over and became our point of contact. Again, very responsive to any questions and extremely helpful. It was topped off with a brilliant installation team, Georgi was particularly good. They were quick, clean and tidy, every cabinet hoovered out before they left meant the finish and end result is fantastic. Quality is great, good value for money and would highly recommend.

An extraordinary level of service, matched with fabulous craftsmanship. Perfectly fitted kitchens, with options for unusual sizes of cupboard. Godith was the designer with endless patience and a lolvely demeanour. Karolina was the project coordinator and liaised seemlessly with our builder and responded very quickly on every occasion as logistical changes occurred.
Superb carpentry, perfectly fitted doors and great hand painting.
Overall, they offer extremely good value and quality when compared to the limited 600 or 300 cupboard options of howdens. I would say around 20% more expensive than howdens once fully fitted but worth every penny.

My whole experience with the Shaker Workshop Ltd from start to finish was fantastic. The staff are incredibly attentive and very responsive - no request is too big or too small and the quality is exceptional. We needed to change the delivery date last minute, which was very stressful, but Karolina remained very calm and reassured us that it would be no problem. She quickly went about reorganising the various dates and the workmen always turned up on time as promised. The kitchen fitters quietly worked away and created a beautiful kitchen that we are so happy with. We have had many wonderful comments already and I love nothing more than opening my beautiful oak lined larder draws! I couldn’t recommend The Shaker Workshop enough! Thank you!

Really great service. Highly recommend Hermione’s design service in the abbeville road showroom. She is very understanding, helpful and has a keen eye for design. The units are great quality and the install was very easy.

We shopped around extensively for our newly extended kitchen, getting quotes from Magnet, Howdens, British Standard and Neptune. We liked British Standard but found Shaker Workshop’s friendly approach and pricing structure were better than the others, so we decided to go with them.

We found the design process with Hermione was excellent, she managed to create our dream kitchen while remaining conscious of our budget. Joa from Farrow and Ball had helped us pick our colours in advance through a colour consultation but Hermione helped us colour match from a huge range of Caparol and RAL paints, and in the end you wouldn’t know it wasn’t F&B! The match is great.

Although the kitchen was ready before we were, due to building delays, Shaker Workshop held the units in its warehouse free of charge until we could take delivery, which we really appreciated.

Throughout the process Karolina was extremely helpful and she sorted out all snagging issues without quibble. After a long and stressful build I was so grateful to be dealing with a kitchen company where nothing felt like too much trouble.

The end result is a beautiful, high quality kitchen which we absolutely love. Thank you Shaker Workshop, we would highly recommend your services to anyone looking for a new kitchen.
