In the spring and summer of 2021 we had a kitchen designed, built and installed by the Shaker Workshop, Abbeville Road, London.
Hermione at the design stage was superb, she listened to what we wanted and created a great kitchen that satisfied all our wants. The quality of the build was excellent (one of the main reasons we chose the Shaker Workshop over others) and the shipping and install was on time and painless (thanks, Georgi). The recent after-sales service when we had a small issue with the mechanism of one corner cupboard was quick and efficient (thanks Karolina!). We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

My wife and I visited the Farnham showroom about 6 weeks ago and met Godith.
We only wanted a design at this stage and must say she has been absolutely brilliant!
Nothing is too much and her ideas and attention to the smallist of detail have been so very helpful.
Despite us changing the design and layout on a number of occasions Godith has been extremely patient and understanding.
We now have the perfect design - thank you very much Godith.

I couldn't be happier with our kitchen. Firstly we are delighted with the finished product of our kitchen. It is beautiful to be in and of fantastic quality. Not to mention great value compared with many other quotes that I got.

Secondly, the entire process was flawless. The design team (Katy) were fantastic and came up with some good ideas. Production (Karolina) and fitting was a breeze, we were kept up to date with progress, told of delivery timings and generally kept informed at every stage. The fitting team were amazing and worked really hard and got our kitchen installed in no time. We had to postpone our kitchen delivery timings several times due to problems with our build and The Shaker Workshop were more than accommodating, which was a huge relief.

Every single step, the team were pleasant and helpful. Any snagging was efficiently resolved and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and the kitchen that you will get. It truly has MADE our house!

From the moment we walked into the showroom we were in love and we knew this was the kitchen for us. From the shape of the doors, the materials, the feel of the catches and the slow close motion on the drawers, we were obsessed.

Our designer (Harriet in Cirencester) was lovely and very patient (I changed my mind so many times before I settled on my design), every changed I made was made to feel like it wasn’t a problem and that it was the process of getting your dream kitchen. So massive thank you to you.

Communication was fab, I was informed of the process and given updates along the way.

The fitting team turned up nice and early and we were pleasantly surprised how quick the install process was. They were conscientious of flooring and other existing items. We needed the install team not to add the cornice straight away due to bespoke adding electrical lighting and there was no problem with coming back to pop this on after. Nick from install was extremely helpful and spent time looking around the kitchen to check for any paint issues before signing off.

It was a pleasure to have you supply our kitchen and we love, love it!!!

A big thank you to the Shaker workshop team, especially, Caroline and Karolina as well as the fitting team. From the designing of our kitchen to the aftercare, it has been such a smooth process that's it's been a pleasure. The quality of craftsmanship, the punctuality, the transparency with costs and above all, the level of service and courtesy extended by the whole team is amazing. With the stress of renovating our house, this is one thing that went smoothly. They have been in touch throughout the whole process, calling to ensure that everything is ready for delivery, making sure the fitting went smoothly, calling back the next day to check that there are no issues. We had some minor paint scratch and cutlery drawer issue. It was dealt with the very next day! One more thing I'll add is also that their costing is very competitive and with the result you get, it's totally worth it!

Firstly I must apologise for taking so long to write this review however I have to say that right from our first visit to Sally at the Cirencester show room the whole process was a pleasure.
From someone who was dreading the upheaval I could not have been in better hands.
The design, delivery & fitting all went very well.
The cabinets are beautifully made & finished, the quality of the fitters work is excellent & the after sales team have been brilliant.
If you're looking for a beautiful kitchen with the most dedicated team of fitters look no further.

The entire experience with The Shaker Workshop was joyful. The designer, Harriet was excellent. She took the time to listen to my brief and ideas and worked with me to come up with the design and ultimately the kitchen of dreams. The customer services team were also brilliant and dealt with the one mishap we had incredibly professionally and quickly. The cabinets themselves are premium quality and beautifully made. I spent a long time doing a price comparison with other well known kitchen companies and Shaker Workshop were by far the best value for money. To say I am delighted with my kitchen is an understatement. Thank you TheShakerWorkshop 😊

Hermione was and generous, creative and highly collaborative designer. She understood exactly what we wanted and made it happen in an effortless manner. She was a pleasure to deal with throughout the the kitchen looks fantastic. Delivery was also ahead of schedule!

I would recommend without any hesitation.
The design service is fantastic. Harriett knows so much about everything related to kitchens, that you know you are in very good hands.
The lesd times are fairly reasonable, and the support throughout the process is very good.
Of course, issues are encountered sometimes. It happens with everything. The key here is that the Shaker Workshop and their staff (and directors) genuinely care about their customers and will go the extra mile to ensure all is resolved to everyone’s satisfaction. If only other companies were half as good…

As a novice who knew nothing about choosing a new kitchen I am so pleased with the result. From design thank you Harriet, to installation thank you Jason, Simon and Luke, all of whom took such pride in their work, nothing was too much trouble, I couldn't be more delighted.

A kitchen is such a big investment, it's important to get it right. The quality of the kitchen is amazing! I had so many prices from different companies, the prices were all around the same but the quality didn't match what The Shaker Workshop offer.

Excellent value for money, I'm so glad we decided to go with The Shaker Workshop.

Hermoine is by far the bestest person we worked with on our entire project. We did a complete house renovation. Buying a kitchen is a daunting task, actually quite complex and so many things to consider. Hermoine provided an exceptional service. She is so practical and helpful. Her communication is excellent and she’s also just so nice. She will provide you with expert advice and guide you throughout the process. A kitchen is the biggest investment- you can’t get it wrong. I also checked other competitors too but in no way did their service meet Shakes (Hermoines). Also a very beautiful kitchen and craftsmanship may I add. So so pleased. Hermoine and Shaker - dream team!

We had our kitchen done last September. We were quite nervous as when we started we had no idea what we wanted! Through Caroline's expert guidance, we ended up with an absolutely stunning kitchen! Beautiful larder cupboards, fabulous stone top and a really gorgeous colour, for which we get many compliments. Caroline went above & beyond to help us and was extremely patient, flexible and knowledgeable, redoing plans upon every new idea we had and giving us loads of advice on colours, I don't know how we would have managed without her :-)

We had our Shaker WS kitchen fitted in September 2021. I’ve waited a few months to post anything to be sure I’ve seen the full end to end experience. And it was worth the wait.

From the very beginning of our design sessions with Hermione (who has the patience of a saint while we tweaked things to the last minute), to Jason our surveyor (who navigated our not-yet-built extension where the kitchen was going), down to George who fitted our kitchen - it was a wonderful professional experience from beginning to end.

The kitchen is fabulous and exactly what we had designed down to the centimetre. Cannot recommend highly enough.

And even after it was fitted, some minor aftercare niggles were sorted out promptly with aftercare service from Justyna. I felt that the Shaker WS really values their customer’s satisfaction. As an example, my builders lost the can of touch up paint and Justyna sent us a complimentary brand new one!

Really pleased with the experience and want to be sure credit is given to the whole team at Shaker WS.

This was my first experience of doing any work to my house and I was very nervous. I did lots of research and the shaker workshop came out on top for me based on designer Input and the quality for money. Hermione was excellent, quick, efficient, not sales and gave her time to me. The kitchen came on time and there was no issues or problems and any questions I had throughout the process all members of the company were able to help me so was very impressed. Thank you!

We are absolutely blown away with our new kitchen and the service provided by Shaker Workshop!

Sally was fantastic every step of the way and ever so patient with our (many) amendment requests. Nothing was ever too much hassle and she helped design our dream kitchen with no pressure to place an order.

The quality is extremely high and much better (and more affordable) than the comparable options in our opinion. The fitting service was also fantastic.

I am so happy with my kitchen and utility room from Shaker Workshop! I renovated a first floor maisonette which included a loft extension where I decided to put my kitchen. Designing a kitchen is no easy feat but then to design a kitchen in a loft room that was yet to exist and had sloping ceilings and mansard walls going in seemed such a stress! But Hermione was so professional and knowledgable in her approach and really helped me figure out where everything could go. She was also very patient with me when I kept changing my mind and needed her to redesign 🙈 Couldn’t be happier with the end result and as a family we spend so much time in our kitchen now.
