Really lovely kitchen - looks gorgeous. The whole process was well managed by very helpful and professional staff and we are delighted with the results!

I have read some of the negative reviews on this site but I have to say I have not had that experience with this company!
My kitchen arrived on time and was fitted within 2 days. The staff right from the designers to the fitters couldn’t have been more helpful.

I would just like to say after reading some of the reviews I am shocked that some customers have had bad experiences. I started looking for a new kitchen for a property I bought with my wife about 6 months ago. We went to a few different places but came across the shaker kitchen company and from the start we loved the kitchens that we saw. We arranged an appointment to see one of the designers at the Cirencester showroom and detailed what we would like in our kitchen to fit within our budget. Not only were the designers incredibly informative when going through our kitchen plans, they also managed to fit everything into our plans without going over budget.

We finalized our plans after a couple of weeks of getting everything perfect and paid our deposit. This is what confuses me about the couple of other reviews. Some companies take your money and everything changes, they don't answer calls, they aren't as interested anymore as they have you committed, but not the shaker kitchen company. Far from it in fact. They would call me and update me on how my order was coming along, if I had any questions they would always come back to me within a couple of hours, they could never do enough for us. However, at the end of October we received a letter prior to our kitchen being delivered that the shaker kitchen company had changed over to the shaker workshop company in some parts of the business. This did concern us as it would anyone as we hadn't received our kitchen. However shaker and their staff again called us and explained everything that was going on and reassured us that our kitchen was nearly completed and on its way. From that point on our stress was relieved and around a week and a half later our kitchen had arrived.

From start to finish the whole process was an absolute joy. We have a beautiful new kitchen we could not be more happy about. I would highly recommend going and seeing what the shaker workshop has to offer you!

I was concerned about previous negative reviews, but had already ordered my new kitchen before my attention was drawn to these.
The design process had been great and communication good, but I admit I was anxious about the arrival of the finished product, particularly as so close to Christmas. I needn’t have been - not only is our kitchen beautiful, it arrived on time and the fitting was flawless and done very quickly. Communication was amazing, particularly when we made a change to the design last minute and decided to add additional cabinets. Nothing was too much trouble and a special thank you to Jess who was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Very happy with the finished product. We are the third of our friends to have a shaker kitchen this year and I would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you!

We purchased our kitchen last summer and have had a fantastic experience from our initial meeting in the Clapham showroom to delivery in July. We installed ourselves (so can't review that bit!) and couldn't be happier with the finished product.

Every one of our friends has commented on how wonderful it looks even though it has got a couple of dusty pink cupboards ;) The quality is fantastic and hopefully will last us for many happy years to come.

Hermione our designer was incredibly attentive and hands-on and held our hands when they needed holding. We were told when our kitchen was due to ship and any hiccups and delays were soon relayed to us. We were a bit worried after reading a few reviews elsewhere but our budget meant we were limited to a few bespoke options. Meeting with the designers quickly put our minds to rest and we put our trust into the team which was the best thing we could have done.

We feel a bit sad that a few negative reviews tarnish the good ones especially when ours was such a wonderful experience. I just hope potential clients can look at the good reviews and make a balanced decision from that. Hope that makes sense!

All we can do is give our honest and happy review in the hope that you go and visit the showroom, see and feel the quality in person and take it from there!

I want to share my positive experience. There was nothing that was too much trouble, showroom, design to installation, it was a very positive experience, even with all the changes we kept asking for, it did not faze them.
I would recommend this company to family and friends and have done so

After reading the negativity posted towards the Shaker Kitchen Company we were a little apprehensive to go ahead. A visit to the show room to look at the product and speak with one of the design team (Daisy) who made us feel very comfortable and happy about what we wanted we decided to go ahead. We had our kitchen installed last year and I can not fault the whole process from start to finish. The design team were brilliant and they went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted in the space we have. We were the customer that kept wanting to change the design add and remove units and it was never an issue. I would definitely recommend the Shaker Workshop to friends and family as our experience was 10/10. Thanks

I am very surprised to see such negativity towards The Shaker Kitchen/Workshop. I purchased a kitchen 2 years ago and the kitchen to this day looks as good as new. I am now looking to purchase another one for an up and coming project and would not hesitate to use them again. I had a great experience from start to finish. I have and will continue to recommend them. Thank you & See you very soon for another beautiful kitchen!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We are months overdue and still don't have a kitchen. Please read online about people waiting for kitchen from The Shaker Kitchen Company and you will see there are a lot of people in our situation (they are supposed to be fulfilling their orders). Poor design, mis-sized units, out of stock items, terrible communication and they don't answer their phones. Utterly appalling. They took on the team of The Shaker Kitchen Company so PLEASE do your research and see what people thought of them on Trustpilot / Mumsnet etc. If I can stop one person going through the nightmare we have then at least some good has come of this! They love deleting reviews too which shows the integrity of this bunch. Total shambles.

Don’t be fooled by the companies change of name.
Please read reviews for the shaker kitchen company. We have in writing that we would not be affected by the change of name and then we have an email from the ‘directors’ that our contract was with the previous company, the shaker kitchen company and not the shaker kitchen workshop, it is still the same cowboys.
