For our extension project we ordered our Kitchen/Island cabinets from SW with our builders doing the fitting. SW have been excellent from start to finish.

Their designer Hermione worked with us on drawing up the specification and made the process a pleasure, giving great input and working things quickly and accurately back in to the design. SW build all of their cabinets to bespoke sizes at no extra cost. This really helped us to get the most out of our available space during the design process.

SW met their advertised 12 week lead time for manufacture and kept us up to date during the process. Our builders have just finished the installation and we're delighted with the results, it really feels like a high end kitchen but for a very reasonable outlay. I don't think there's much out there which comes close for the price and we're very glad we went with the Shaker Workshop. Looking forward to many happy years using this kitchen!!!

I don't have my kitchen yet, but I know given the attention to detail, patience and true talent of Hermione that it will be fantastic.
She was so helpful throughout the design process and answered all my stupid and repetitive questions - even out of hours!

From start to finish, I have only good things to say. The design process was extremely smooth, professional and attentive. Our designer, Hermionie went through every detail with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and nothing was too much trouble.
The guys who came to fit the kitchen were fantastic and completed the whole thing in 2 days even though they had to deal with a couple of problems on site (not of their making). I was so impressed with how they came up with clear solutions and sorted it all out with a smile. Karolina and Maria were also great, keeping me updated about a delay to the taps, and they sent a temporary tap in the meantime without us even asking.
We absolutely love the kitchen. It makes me smile every day.
This is by far the best value for money Shaker kitchen I have come across, the quality of finish is extremely high and the customer service is excellent. Thank you!

We are beyond thrilled with our new kitchen, The process from start to finish was really enjoyable. We loved working with Hermione on the initial design, she was able to take all of our ideas and create something which not only works for us on a practical level but looks incredible! We also had great communication throughout from the rest of the team, right through to installation. The installation team was fantastic and installation was completed so quickly and to such a high standard. I couldn't fault anything and have recommended TSW to everyone I know!

Hermione has been superb in managing the kitchen design phase. We have been delayed by the builders a few times which has impacted the kitchen design & installation but Herminone has been fantastic throughout in dealing with change in timelines, the odd change to the cabinets and we have found the wealth of knowledge on configurations and general advice to be pretty much priceless. So nice to see someone taking ownership of a project, being genuinely concerned for the final output and just all round pleasure to deal with. Credit to the firm! SP & ADP

Fantastic kitchen and excellent customer service. The experience during the design process was second to none. The support provided by their attentive staff meant that we got the kitchen we wanted without having to compromise. The kitchen is beautiful, and excellent quality. We’re really impressed and would recommend Shaker without hesitation.

After a terrible experience with a local joiner/carpenter who promised us a kitchen, and left us with none, Sally at the Shaker Workshop came to the rescue. I can honestly say our entire experience with the Shaker Workshop, from design to customer service was excellent. When we decided to visit the showroom in Cirencester, Sally and her lovely dog were on hand to discuss design, materials and give advice. I would recommend a trip to view the showrooms. We are so glad we saw the quality of the cabinetry up close.
As we had already started our renovation, we had all our appliances, sink, tap etc. We had only the cabinetry and handles from the Shaker Workshop.
Our kitchen is of exceptional quality, we are so very happy with it. We love the In-framed style, they have pulled off a modern take on a traditional style so well. The range of colours to choose from is extensive, you are spoilt for choice. We upgraded to the brass hinges which we love and chose handles from the Shaker workshop and teamed them with latches from another company.
Karolina was helpful and punctual with all aspects of communication and I spoke to the director briefly, who was also very polite, kind and cheerful.
If we ever need a kitchen in the future (only if we move) we will be coming back to the Shaker Workshop. I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

We’re over the moon with our new Shaker Workshop kitchen! As others have said, it feels like a luxury kitchen that should have cost much more than the price we paid.
The design process was great with firstly Daisy, then Sally. They had wise advice and interesting ideas for two novices in the kitchen world. Karolina was also great with her organisation and comms skills - we had full confidence, thanks to her reassurance, with the whole process, despite Brexit and Covid complications.
The delivery of the kitchen and applicances was smooth and stress free, as was the fit, and worktop measure and fit. The icing on the cake was the professional painter sent to touch up the knocks during delivery and fit. The kitchen has been looking glorious in the spring sunlight these past days.
We thoroughly recommend the company, and are grateful for the fab kitchen we’re now enjoying every day.

My experience with Shaker Workshop has been absolutely fantastic, from the design, to the delivery and installation. Everything went extremely smoothly, and was stress free despite happening in the midst of a pandemic and lockdowns. The quality of the kitchen is superb.

Karolina and the designer always responded immediately to my questions. The whole process was meticulously planned and carried out with no delays or issues. After a massive and very intensive 6 month renovation which meant working with lots of different trades people the kitchen was the easiest, most stress-free and successful aspect of the project.

Everyone who has seen my kitchen cannot believe what I have paid, it truly looks like a £60k kitchen for a quarter of the price. My favourite part is my oak larder; every time I open it my heart skips a beat.

We originally bought our kitchen from the Shaker Kitchen Company (SKC). Our reno project overran and the kitchen was placed in storage. Unfortunately SKC floundered and went into liquidation. Thankfully Maria Pennington of The Shaker Workshop Ltd got involved and promised to honour all existing SKC sales so all was not lost.

When the time arrived to deliver the kitchen, this was carried out to the letter. The delivery chaps couldn't have been more helpful - a hallmark in all our dealings with The Shaker Workshop. All the units were brought in to the house and helpfully stacked and arranged to minimise disruption. Same applied to the worktop counter measurements, delivery and installation. Maria always responded quickly to all our queries from the smallest detail (advice on how to finish counter corners) to sourcing a replacement dishwasher when the first failed us. Sticky drawers were promptly fixed and any marks to the units re-painted as required. Additional handles also provided as required.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Maria and her team; their 'can-do' attitude backed up by their service delivery ensured a stress-free experience. And her on-going service and engagement is reassuring. As for the kitchen and utility, it would not be an overstatement to say they have immeasurably changed the quality of our life.

We have recently been lucky enough to replace our tired old kitchen with a beautiful Shaker Workshop kitchen. We found the design process fairly straightforward despite Covid restrictions. Having obtained three designs and quotes from other kitchen companies we decided to go with Shaker Workshop following a visit to their Cirencester showroom where we received attentive customer service and were impressed by the high quality of the materials and build of the units.
Our kitchen was delivered well within the estimated timescales and the installation process (organised through Shaker Workshop) went smoothly. The brilliant installation team worked extremely hard to get the kitchen fitted in 2 days rather than the estimated 3. The worktop was templated 4 days later and fitted the following week, again by a very talented and hardworking team who clearly take pride in their work.
Apart from a small number of missing parts which were delivered shortly after the kitchen was completed, i find it difficult to fault the process. When my builder needed to clarify some measurements prior to fitting, our designer was ready and available.
I am absolutely thrilled with my new kitchen. It is "wow factor" stunning and works ergonomically better than I expected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shaker Workshop!

Given some previous reviews, there was some nervousness in using The Shaker Workshop for our kitchen but we simply couldn't find an equivalent style that was of the same quality and at the same price point. Some friends of ours had also just had a good experience with them and we loved the look and feel of theirs. So we took a punt and hoped for the best! We're very glad we did. Our kitchen looks beautiful, it feels very solid and the quality is excellent - much, much better than other kitchens we had looked at. The design phase with Jess went well and the added detail from their surveyor gave us peace of mind around our design, especially as we were in the midst of building work so the final space wasn't complete at the point of ordering. The fitting team was fantastic and did a great job. Very professional - even our builders were impressed. There were a couple of small niggles and they came back to sort those without any issues. The worktop suppliers were also great. Super friendly guys and again, very professional.

The aftercare from Karolina in particular has been very, very good. Communication is excellent, she proactively followed up with us and called out a couple of snags before we even knew about them ourselves, dealt with those niggles quickly and kept us fully informed, which took any stress out of our hands. At no point did I feel we had to chase up.

The lead time is certainly longer than other suppliers, but as we were in a fairly lengthy build project, that wasn't a huge problem for us. We felt it was worth the wait. We also had one small hiccup when it came to final amount billed compared to the quote we originally signed off on. Post survey, the final order came in more expensive and the communication could have been much better around that - it wasn't flagged but just appeared in our final sign-off documents without any explanation. A miscommunication perhaps, but we discussed with the team, it was resolved quickly and we were satisfied with the outcome. Overall, we're very happy with the service and product we received.

We’ve just fitted our new kitchen using the shaker workshop. They’ve been great from start to finish. We’ve re-designed it multiple times as a result of our room size and shape changing as a new extension and they have always been very accommodating. Daisy was a great help with the designs and layouts and Karolina has done a great job scheduling deliveries and fitters as well as resolving last min problems very quickly.

The kitchen itself is great quality and looks awesome- it’s much much higher quality than you can expect from Wren etc. Yes it will cost a bit more but it’s in different league to the usual kitchen companies we’ve used in the past which have been a nightmare and the kitchens start showing their age after two years. It’s also way better value than other smaller companies offering similar cabinets and fitting.

Would highly recommend this company for your next kitchen.

Imagine having an installation date of the 23rd of March this year! Well that was our lot but Maria and her team made our plight tolerable by great communication throughout the lockdown period. Our kitchen was installed the day after the business was allowed back to work by their wonderful kitchen fitter Kris who worked tirelessly from 09:00 to 22:30 to get the job done. The result is magnificent and I would recommend Shaker Workshop to anyone looking to purchase a shaker style kitchen

We read all the reviews and went back and forth wondering if we were taking a risk. But because the cabinets were so beautiful and prices so competitive, we went ahead.

We waited with trepidation but wow! We were so impressed. From great communication, to careful delivery and follow up for worktop installation- the service and product were amazing! Not to mention, the cabinets were stunning and even more beautiful than we had hoped. The Shaker Workshop Ltd by far, exceeded our expectation.

We couldn't recommend them enough.

Renovating a house is a pretty daunting task and practically everything that could go wrong did. The one except was my kitchen! From working with Kimberley to get the perfect design and Karolina rescheduling delivery to accommodate building delays, through to the fantastic quality of the units and precision installation by the excellent fitting team - I have been impressed throughout. I am so happy with my new kitchen and the service I received. I could not recommend highly enough.

We have a gorgeous kitchen. I will start this review though by saying one thing. Communication over the Christmas period was not great. This didn’t affect us too much as our Installation started last week (Jan 13th). We were then contacted by the new directors, who I must say did a great job in restoring our confidence, and more to the point, proved to be telling us the truth as our new kitchen arrived on time and was installed efficiently and with no hassle.

I am leaving a five star review, despite those slight communication issues, as I believe this company deserves it. The new directors seem to be doing everything they can to help customers, they definitely have done with us. I WAS ASKED IF I WOULD WRITE A REVIEW, if I was happy to do so and I wholeheartedly feel very comfortable to do so.

We have our dream kitchen! We had been planning and thinking about this purchase for over two years and were nervous with such a large purchase. After A LOT of research, zzzzzzz, we settled on The Shaker Workshop. It was by far the best value for the sort of style we wanted and we really liked the quality.

Our designer, Sally, was great. The end result is we have a lovely kitchen that we’re very proud of. Contrary to some other reviews i’ve read, i had a great experience and am very happy!

We have just had our new kitchen installed and I am thrilled with the results. Why 4 stars not 5? We did have some communication problems over the Christmas period and my wife and I did get slightly worried I must admit, especially after seeing some of the other reviews! We were eventually called by one of the new managers, Maria, who quickly put our minds at ease. There were apparently some phone system/IT problems or something, which have now been fixed? Anyway, this aside we have had a great experience from start to finish. If the worktop is fitted on Friday as promised, I might consider making this a 5 star review. Well done The Shaker Workshop, I look forward to recommending you to friends and family..........especially when you fit my worktop as promised ;)

Update: Worktop fitted and everything finished as promised! We are very, very happy with our finished kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend to our friends. Great job and thank you to the Shaker Workshop. Great quality and great value. Well done all!
