Mustafa kareem was very helpful when i called into the office to ask him search for 3 flights to nairobi. I was at work and i just love that i left it him to compare the dates for me. Do not trust Ticket Lords. They are currently holding my £90 deposit hostage after failing to provide the flight I booked.When I contacted them to pay my remaining balance, they refused to honor the original agreement. Instead, they tried to force a completely different flight itinerary on me that cost £500 more. When I rejected this outrageous price hike, they refused to refund my £90 deposit. This is theft and a total scam. They lock you in with a low deposit, try to price-gouge you later, and pocket your money when you say no. I am reporting them to Action Fraud and launching a chargeback with my bank. Avoid this company at all costs!

I had to travel to Kathmandu, Nepal. I’ve booked tickets with Arya many times before, and this time again I got my ticket at a very reasonable price. They were extremely helpful throughout the process. I’m very happy with their excellent service and would highly recommend them.

Satisfactory customer service

My experience with Ticketlords/flightsandtickets was shocking from start to finish. They asked me to pay a £300 deposit to “secure the seats” with Air France and promised certain fares. Later, they admitted the money never even reached the airline and then told me the fares had gone up, meaning they could no longer offer the original price they promised.

To be clear, I never refused to go ahead with the original fares — they simply failed to secure them after taking my money. Despite this being entirely their mistake, they still decided to charge me a £150 “cancellation fee” and only refund £150 out of the £300 deposit.

The customer service was disgraceful. I called numerous times trying to sort the issue out, and one of the agents was literally laughing and joking on the phone saying “we are scammers.” I honestly could not believe what I was hearing.

They then sent me an email asking me to reply “Go Ahead for refund” and stated it would take 7–11 working days for the refund. The whole process felt extremely unprofessional and suspicious.

In my opinion, this company is a complete scam. Be very careful before giving them any money. I would strongly recommend avoiding Ticketlords completely.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Ticket Lords.

On 25 May 2026, I contacted the company about a flight booking and was given a quoted fare. I was asked to pay a £200 deposit immediately to secure the price. During this call, no cancellation terms, refund restrictions, or conditions relating to the deposit were explained to me.

Before proceeding, I specifically requested the airline booking reference (PNR) so that I could verify the reservation directly with the airline. Despite multiple requests, I never received this information. I waited throughout the day the deposit was taken and then made several follow-up calls and emails over the following days. I was repeatedly told that the ticketing officer handling my booking was on leave and that I would need to wait for his return.

On 28 May 2026, after further calls and emails requesting the reservation details, I still had not received the booking reference. When I eventually spoke to a manager, I was informed that the original quoted fare was no longer available. Instead, I was offered an alternative flight with a different airline at a significantly higher cost and with a much longer layover than the itinerary I had originally agreed to. I declined this option.

I then requested a refund of my £200 deposit and was informed that only £40 would be returned, meaning the company intended to retain £160. This was despite not providing the reservation details I repeatedly requested, not securing the quoted fare, and not clearly explaining any refund or cancellation terms when the deposit was taken.

My main concern is the lack of transparency throughout the process. Had the relevant terms been disclosed from the outset, or had I received the reservation details requested, I would have been able to make an informed decision. Based on my experience, I found the communication poor and the handling of my deposit unfair.

Please be very careful when dealing with this company. After failing to book me into the flight they took the deposit (£80) for, they have the audacity to retain £50 out of my deposit because they accusing me of cancelling. This is a robbery in broad daylight . I did not cancel. That is a big lie. It was the agent Ryan who lured me with a pretence of a ticket (£800) and his colleague came back the following day, saying that the ticket is no longer available. It now costs £1165. and expected me to pay for it . When I refused that , he tried to offer me a ticket with a different company which costs £911. I was very angry and did not want to conduct any business with them anymore as I no longer trusted them. They now send me an email to say that they will process my refund in a week's time but will retain £50. Please be very cautious

do not trust this website I made a booking and paid deposit and I was told the booking I reserved for 5days but I called In 2 days but they said your booking is no longer there so I lost my deposit do not trust this website
