This travel agent are very good and profesional. Zayn help me and assist with very resoanable price ticket. Zayn was very good on customer care and am very satisfied eith their service.

Just booked our tickets to New York through Flightsandtickets. I’ve never used them before so I was slightly nervous but Nancy A was super helpful and was in constant contact with me from reservations to booking & payment and sending my e-tickets. Customer service was exceptional I highly recommend this firm.

I bought a flight ticket from Maya Khan, I was very pleased with the service and the customer care she gave me.

Absolute SCAM they only put positive reviews but do not deal with this company. I’m engaging a solicitor to deal with these people who promise you a flight, ask for a £100 deposit and your tickets are safe they say. NO there not as they ring you back and ask for more money, double in price for the same tickets. NO HELP when asking g for a refund of the money given and will offer vouchers, I didn’t pay in vouchers and wanted my money refunded straight away the same way I paid them. Quick to take the money in October but been waiting for them to respond all this time, again to say either take vouchers or forget it…..SCAM MERCHANTS DONT USE….

Zain from ticket lords limited is polite he has impeccable administration and communication skills and went out of his way to get me a good flights I will be using ticket lords again and would highly recommend him and his company

This was the first time booking with this travel agency and i can really say they don't give up until you get what you want! I nearly gave up on my trip to Jamaica next month because the flights were getting too expensive. Thankfully they made it work and I'll be able to go after all!

I wanted to say how much I appreciate how Zayn and Sohrab took care of the ticket issue. They were so kind and professional when I asked questions. There was a little mistake, but Zayn fixed it quickly later that evening, working on behalf of his colleague as a team. Teamwork was experienced at a very high level. Their help and support really put my mind at ease. Thank you both; you are a great team.

This is the first time, I have used the services of Ticket Lords. I should say I was impressed by the services offered by one Mr.Zayn, who was helpful throughout my booking experience. There was probelms with prices of ticket fluctuations, like a share market.
Mr. Zayn did his utmost and booked me a cheap ticket that was within my budget and managed to get me that extra baggage allowance for my checked in luggage.
I have no hesitation in using his services again, for my other flights local and international.
Bravo.

I never could get my deposit back - avoid these scammers

Do not pay a deposit - I never got it back nor could bank chargeback team.

Ticket Lords Will book you seats, take your deposit. But you will have no seats and will be asked to pay more or change dates.
