They’re scammers! They take your deposit, a deposit is for security, secure flights and quotes. My quote was changed to an extra £200 pp after a week and they wasted so much of my time and I missed out on the prices I’d seen on different sites the week before. I couldn’t get my deposit back after they changed my quote even after paying a deposit to secure my quote/flight. This was way over my budget and ticket lords said it was their policy and procedure. They said my seats had been secured with the airline but no that was a lie. I contacted the airline & my flights were never booked, the airline was confused after I gave my name and every single passengers, they said your flight had never been booked at all. The airline was unaware of the travel agent - ticket lords. DO NOT BOOK OR THEYLL SCAM YOU AND THEY USE THEIR POLICY AND PROCEDURES TO GET AWAY WITH THEIR SCAM!

Great service! At first I was unsure about them, but after dealing with Kabir I would come back again. There was a small issue with my flight, but Kabir was so professional and gave me some great alternatives. Thank you to Kabir for ticking all my requirements within my budget!! Recommended for some great prices (compared to SkyScanner, Trip and Kayak)

After an initial problem with the airline Kabir Shah sorted it out for us, he was very polite and courteous and worked tirelessly to sort out our flight itinerary to Japan from Manchester UK for which. we are very grateful

As I said I will give an update. I want to say a very big thank you to Haider Shah from ticket Lord, He sorted me out, did as promised and I must say, I am very pleased so far.
Will come again and update after my trip. Guys please ask for Haider when calling to book your tickets. He’s well spoken, customer service is great 👍🏾. You will not regret dealing with him. How I wish they have more experience people like him, they wouldn’t be getting bad reviews.
I just think the staffs needs more training in customer relations. But they are really genuine people. Thanks 🙏 again, Truly appreciated… will definitely be buying from them again. But due to Haider doing all he promised, making sure I got all that was expected, I must say it won’t be fair on them, for me not coming back here to say thank you 🙏

My sister paid a £160 deposit for two return tickets from London to Kigali (Rwanda) in August, for herself and me. We selected specific flights on dates and times that suited us and received a dubious email claiming the booking was confirmed. However, when my sister requested proper confirmation and a PNR number, she was informed that no seats were actually available.

She was then offered two options: pay double the original price to secure seats or change to alternative dates. Neither option was acceptable, so she requested a refund of the deposit, which was refused.

After leaving an honest review detailing her experience, the company contacted her and promised to refund the deposit if the review was removed. She complied, yet the deposit wasnt paid back (as of writing). Please avoid this company like the plague — this has been a complete waste of time and money. If the deposit is returned this review will be updated.

Use these cowboys at your peril. In September 2024 I booked flight tickets with this outfit for myself and 12 other family members for July 2025. I duly paid the deposit as requested. The final payment was due in March 2025.

In January I tried to pay the total balance and that was when the saga begun.

They kept on telling me lies that Lufthansa had a problem with the final leg of the journey etc. At some point I was calling these shysters daily.

It wasn't until May that I was told 'you need to pay £5k more to get the same tickets i had booked'.
Of course I would give these thieves more money over my dead body so I had to buy tickets from another company.

Obviously by that time ticket prices were sky high and it cost me almost £5k more than originally budgeted for.

My only crime was in thinking Ticket Lords (or any of their other guises - Cheap Flight Tickets etc) is a professional outfit. I guess the day I found these bastards online and called them.

These guys caused me so much stress and tears, at one point one of their agents Mustafa actually insulted me. I think ge was the worst of the lot.

I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy. The positive reviews are probably written by their employees. I wouldn't trust them with a penny of my money as they have shown themselves to be deceitful and unprofessional.

I will report them to ABTA/ATOL but wanted to write this review to warn people. Please look elsewhere, they give fictional prices knowing they will never deliver.

To date I have still not got my deposit back. They offered a useless voucher that is not worth the paper it was printed on where I could get £50 off a £1k spend for each passenger. Imagine that crap!!

Useless, theiving, unprofessional, rude, corrupt company whose employees such as Mustafa will cause you undue stress and angst. No amount of escalation brought any resolution, their managers are just as useless and complicit.

The initial sales agent Robin was good but others proved themselves to have zero customer service.

You have been warned, avoid this company if you value your mental health.

Zayn is an outstanding travel agent who goes above and beyond. Absolutely amazing service. Highly recommend.

Had problems to start with put managed to sort the problem out. Got a flight for what I wanted but slightly higher than what was first stated. Because of the problem my heart they gave me 150 lb voucher to use in the future.

Kabir Shah was great. His customer service was really good and it showed me that he had experience in his work. I got all my tickets with a good price and I am happy. I was completely impressed with their service and I would highly recommend this company and their service to others. Thank you Kabir for a good job 👏 👍

I was having issues with my booking but after speaking to Mary she sorted it out in a professional manner and she was very patient with ne as me being upset but she did a fantastic job a got the best option for me. Thank you Mary for being so kind,helpful and very professional.

If you are going to or thinking to buy ticket from a company called Flight & Tickets Ltd (or TicketLords Ltd), THINK AGAIN. I have become another victim of this scam operator! After reviewing several one star reviews on line and combining with  my own experience, it appears that this company is operating in a fixed pattern;
1) In the online search engine, TicketLords offered you a ticket price which seems to be the best for your destination.
2) Once you made the request, they contacted you by phone and asked you to pay £100 deposit so that they can 'secure the ticket' for you and asked you to contact them 3 days later to complete the purchase (by e-mail with a time for you to call back).
3) When you contacted them three days later, they said that the ticket with the price they quoted before was not available anymore and persuaded you to buy a more expensive ticket. They stated that you can use the £100 deposit for the new ticket plus they offered a £100 ticket voucher for future business.
4) Then they started bombarding you with phone calls and asked you to make a quick decision...because they could not guarantee the price they quoted was available.
5) By then, if you are clever enough and started checking other travel agencies, you might find that the price offered by other agencies could be cheaper than the one suggested by TicketLords for the same airline and the same travelling date.
6) When you felt enough is enough and asked them for the refund, they will offer you a partial refund, say £20 first and the rest is for the EMD mile. If you argued then they reduced the offer to £10 and said that the deduction is for tax purpose (?).
7) If you not agreed with their final offer, they will threaten to reduce the refund to zero.
I sincerely hope that you read this post before going ahead to deal with them.

Mr kabir shah has done good service with my bookings

This is a SCAMMER COMPANY They called me out the blue enquiring if I needed a flight. Then quoted £568 which seemed reasonable, I wanted to pay for the flight in full but they suggested a deposit , and said if I pay the full price it will be higher ? Why give the quote then ? Stay away from these SCAMMERS read the reviews .

ABEERA was very helpful and professional and you can rely on her, it is worth dealing with Abeera and she very good at her job.
