Bought venetian fence panels
Bought venetian fence panels, one of them arrived covered in blue paint. B&Q wouldn't exchange. At £97 a pop, i won't be going back there.

Absolutely disgusting, I purchased a gas BBQ online, when it was delivered there was a part missing so I couldn’t assemble it. I called the help centre and they said the part couldn’t be replaced so I would have to send it back and repurchase it. They made an appointment to collect it and didn’t arrive twice but finally collected it on the third attempt. That might sound like they finally did the job but it was only because I had to make numerous phone calls to get it collected otherwise it would still be here. Very bad service

AdBlue in a jiffy
I got to the counter around 9.30 am in the B&Q in Manchester and the girls were super helpful and polite.
In seconds they pulled up my account from my postcode and asked about Torquay, and that felt like a nice, personal touch because i'm from Devon and probably not many devonians go into that B&Q.
So they knew exactly what adblue was and how much it was and which shelf it was on and I left very satisfied.
Well done! 5 stars from me.

When the order went in they said they would text us the night before and give 2 hour window.First delivery all went wrong.Next delivery sensibly said would ring 30 mins before delivery,this time everything went to plan.Would advise not to say 2hr delivery the night before as caused unccessary stress.

Very poor delivery service failure to come on agreed day and never does second order messed up with them and a don’t care attitude towards the problams, had to collect my self then two days later it arrived on a lorry and was turned away. Good prices let down by clown delivery service
