Very poor customer service at Stanmore branch. Most of the Staff is very rude and unprofessional.

Plenty of notice texts and arrived as stated thanks.

The issue is simple, your called trade point, you want actual trades people to shop with you but offer no actual trade discount. I've used trade point, for years and never actually got a discount on materials compared to your regular DIY shoppers. So why bother?

Always easy to find what is needed, stock levels are good, the staff are really knowledgeable.
Generally prices are similar, or lower, than trade warehouses.

Wicks give 10% off to all trade without having to earn it. over the course of a year I spend hundreds but not all 12 months of the year so by the time my discount kicks in it gets wasted. Wicks is a more consistent discounter to trade.

Straight forward.

The trade card is not worth having you got to spend to much to get any discounts with wickes you get 10%on every perches even on sale price

I have a trade account with B&Q/TradePoint and my normal branch is Southend.
I try to use click and collect where possible.
Staff are always helpful.
Good choice and reasonable prices - good end of isle bargains and promotions.
Only frustration is refunds, especially when you have an electronic receipt. Not the staff's fault, it looks like a very clunky, click, click process to discourage refunds.

As part of the recent changes, customers in Scotland are receiving less discount than customers in England, Poor show, and one that will make me look elsewhere from now on.

I have been waiting over a month now for the correct cushion to be sent. Apparently my complaint keeps getting escalated but I honestly don’t know who to! The set itself is brilliant they just sent out a wrong sized cushion and I don’t think I’ll get a replacement until after summer time 😞

Tradeppint is great. It means that I can buy quality goods.
