Delivery fine packaging good item working well till hosepipe ban but good piece of equipment,

Estimated delivery date is 12 days after purchase. The website says ‘choose an available delivery date convenient to you’ then doesn’t give you a choice. I made an order via Wicks to keep my project going, and they have a superb delivery service within two days.

Boxed garden furniture. Buying it was easy. Putting it together took a little longer. Seems to be a nice 3 seater stool and table.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from TradePoint.

I paid for delivery, yet my order was not delivered. To make matters worse, the delivery was cancelled around 15 minutes after the delivery window had already started, rather than notifying me beforehand. I had already arranged for my kitchen fitter to be on site, so this wasted both my time and money.

An escalation was supposedly raised, but nobody ever contacted me. Every time I call, I receive a different excuse. First I was told one thing, then another. Today I was told the system was down and that they could not even arrange for me to collect the order myself. Previously I was also given different explanations about delivery in my area.

The order status still shows an estimated delivery of 9 August, even though the original delivery failed, leaving me with no clear information about when I will actually receive what I have already paid for.

The communication has been poor, the customer service has been inconsistent, and nobody seems willing to take ownership of resolving the issue. This experience has caused unnecessary stress, delayed my kitchen installation, and left me out of pocket.

I expected far better from TradePoint and B&Q. I hope someone takes responsibility and resolves this matter promptly.

Really easy to find what I needed, courteous staff in a clean and well organised shop! With the benefit of a bit of discount being a “trade point” member , just makes it that much better!

Disgusting behaviour from this company.

The product arrived damaged and I sent them photos and they've been actively ignoring me for over a month now.

They say someone will get back to me but they never do.

They're an absolute con who have terrible customer service.

Need to keep customers up to date about delivery, my order came a day late without any contact from the delivery department, only part of my order was delivered then, no contact again and rest of order delivered a week later as I had had no notification of this I was not there subsequently the order was delivered to my front driveway not the back where I wanted it so had to move a m3 bag of Grano dust about a 100m not ideal for a pensioner

Good prices, great delivery from own fleet. DPD sometimes questionable.

Pretty good, got what I required but using website not the easiest as I had bought all the stock from B&Q, but it was still showing in stock and hour later.

Went to BnQ North Shields this pm, had a problem with a return but a lovely lady called Lynne A, went above and beyond to resolve the problem and she did. She was so so helpful, very friendly and with a smile on her face at all times. She even stayed after her finishing time to sort it all out. The team at the checkout where extremely helpful, especially Kirsty who dealt with my, and other peoples exchanges in a professional and timely manner.

Never any point to scan my trade point card. never any savings, some time more expensive with trade point card. The promised savings never ever materialised bit of a waste of space really.
