Add stated 4/7days delivery conformation of order gives delivery date for the 4september still wy

Having to chase for items from the market place seller has seriously damaged my opinion of buying from Tradepoint/ B&Q again. I had to let down a fitter and now have to find another. The seller did not respond to messages until I contacted Tradepoint customer service and they left messages.
The items sold directly from Tradepoint came when stated and were great quality and fairly priced.
I have to also mention customer services. While they were fairly helpful, the fact that they were non uk national made understanding difficult at times, and I was often left on hold while a conversation happened.

Overall, I will think twice before ordering again, and will even consider paying a little more for the same items.

Staff are really helpful and knowledgeable. Able to get the boards cut to exact size in store.

Easy to browse around the shop and find what I was looking for. If not in stock could be delivered within a few days. Staff were helpful to advise about alternatives

Have used trade point quite a few times now and has saved me a lot of money so definitely worth having.

As a trader we don’t always use b&q as we are not that local to one but when we do we are never rewarded unless you make large purchases then you get some thing from your next purchase within a time frame if not you lose it unlike other diy stores that you get at least 10% and higher sometimes anytime you shop regardless

It was lovely. A little bit of discount as well, not a lot but a little. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Its seems a reasonable trade discount is offered to the NRLA members who have joined and took trade point membership card.

Complete waste of time. First I checked they delivered. As no one store had the quantity I needed so collecting wasn't an option. I Gave them all my details, placed an order only to be told they do not deliver to my address. It was for water based paint. If they don't deliver water based paint make it clear. Or do they just make you join up to harvest people's details? Strange thing is B&Q are delivering the same product to my door, but are charging for the priverledge. Funnily enough they only had enough stock to charge me a delivery fee. Yet trade point have the stock, but won't deliver. Time wasters who have now lost out on my repeat business.

Easy to use site. Product in stock and divered the next day for a reasonable cost. Excellent experience.

The company is great and staff are great when you can get to some one on the shop floor it’s so hard to see someone on the shop floors I personally think that they all hide because they don’t want you to talk to them

Delivery guys were polite and put the stones and gravel exactly where required and on the delivery date too
