Trade Point Poole
Recently used the trade point at Poole, I bought some power tools but bought the wrong drill and impact driver set, 12v instead of the 18v 🫣 returned them to the store via the trade point counter and the staff were so helpful and polite in organising a refund and sorting me out with the right ones. Was very impressed with the 2 staff members I dealt with. Super friendly professional people.

Tried to place an order online which would not go through so phoned they found the order I payed and money taken from my bank, then told I could not place the order and it was cancelled told I would have to place order on trade web site…. Very strange

Looking at purchasing loft stilts which came to over £70 which I had a £10 voucher, I was not able to apply the voucher. Seems pointless that these are even sent out.

I recently purchased a BMW 2 Series and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Zeynep and Osman were both exceptional throughout the entire process. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and, most importantly, genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions and made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident with my purchase.
What really stood out was their excellent customer service. They were approachable, patient, attentive and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. They listened carefully to what I was looking for and provided honest, clear and useful advice. Their product knowledge and attention to detail were also excellent, and they went above and beyond to make the whole experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
Buying a car can sometimes feel stressful, but Zeynep and Osman made the experience incredibly positive and straightforward. Their professionalism, communication skills and genuine care for customers are a real credit to the dealership.
I’m extremely happy with my BMW 2 Series and would highly recommend the dealership, especially Zeynep and Osman, to anyone looking to purchase a car. Fantastic service and a brilliant experience from beginning to end!

Great store, great products but assumption by staff annoyed me
I would have given it 5 stars apart from when I asked at the Trade Point till if I could pay for all items in the store at that till I was told "yes but only if the card is in your name. Is it your husband's card?" It was this assumption that annoyed me, just because I was buying items to lay my own floor... Hence I paid elsewhere...

Poor service to the trade
Product did not arrive and no notification that it was out of stock until after the delivery was made, this meant it was too late to choose an alternative as it was a key component, my client now has an unfinished bathroom. B&Q keep emailing to say sorry but that's just not good enough.

Great staff and good to have a dedicated Che out desk, the offers when applicable are good, but shame that you have to keep spending to qualify for discounts, unlike wicks which has a constant discount irrespective of spend. Please set a constant discount that would improve my usage

Terrible company to deal with. Rude staff in Hereford, there head office ignor emails and it took 4 x weeks to get a refund of returned goods. Very unprofessional company.
