I only wanted 1 small item. They went out of their way to help. Most other suppliers would be charging so much for postage that it's just not an option to buy.

First time I purchased electrical sockets and switch's from UK Electrical after finding them on a google search for coloured quality fittings. They had everything I required and there service was second to none I even followed up with another larger order .There communication vis Email was exceptional and sorted my quires instantly. Its such a pleasure to find British company I can rely on for quality of product and service.

I purchased two light fittings...they were speedily delivered but the quality of one was as I described "pitiful". I contacted the company and almost immediately got a reply.I sent pictures of the quality issue...they contacted the manufacturer...and in a very short space of time a replacement was issued....a happy customer. Thank you

It’s quite misleading to require payment before providing clear delivery details. Customers are essentially forced to pay without knowing when or how their order will arrive—only to be surprised afterward by delivery terms. This approach lacks transparency. Payment should only come after all essential information, including delivery time and charges, is clearly reviewed and confirmed.

I waited almost 20 days, called several times. In the end, after getting angry, they sent me what I ordered 20 days before. An incompetent company. I will advise everyone against buying from you

Recommended by my electrician and the plug sockets look excellent quality plus I can colour them to match my kitchen panel so they disappear rather than stand out. The perspex from plate allows me to customise to a RAL colour match

Really happy with my new sockets and switches, had initially purchased some from another brand but UK Electrical Supplies stocked identical ones for about half the price. Delivery took a little while due to one item being on back order, and Rebecca in the sales team was very helpful with providing an update. Would definitely buy from here again.

The shopping was successful but the image of the wireless doorbell looked like two receivers (misleading) but there was only one.
