UK Electrical Supplies - increased efficiency needed
UK Electrical Supplies were immediately responsive & helpful in resolving a minor issue regarding a component provided via their supplier, although I failed to understand why the component could not have been sent directly from there supplier rather than being sent via UK Electrical Supplies. A somewhat protracted route generating increased delivery time/charges which had these additional charges not been incurred could have been deducted from the end price of the product - delivery time would also have been reduced by several days.

Very efficient.
Ordered and delivered very soon one after the other. Not fitted yet as waiting for the electrician to do that as I want a proper job.

Supplied what I ordered despite damaged packaging
Supplied what I ordered. Delivery could have been quicker.
Packaging too large and arrived damaged with delivery note missing.
Must be common because label attached requesting photos of damaged box if contents broken. Luckily despite box being damaged content not harmed!
