Fantastic customer service, Unsurprisingly Evri messed up the delivery and left my parcel on the street, which was promptly stolen obviously. This was April 9th, Evri have still not responded or started an investigation, whereas I emailed Velo yesterday and within two hours they had responded offering a refund or replacement and shipped the order today.
Cannot speak highly enough of both their products and customer service. The pouches themselves are my favourite, they have a great variety of flavours have all bene nice (I have tried all but the mint products).
They are the only pouches that I have found that don’t leave a horrid chemical feeling and taste in the mouth. 10/10 recommend!
Also they sometimes have huge sales on, in December I got 12 cans for less than £20.

Best pouches and flavours.
Customer service couldn’t have been better. I had a problem with receiving my 15% discount off first order from the newsletter, so I was kindly given a code to use on my next order instead.

Great customer service. Velo Customer Care service has sent me a free can of crispy pepper mint just because, the velo i bought from a random store in central London was about to expire which I didn't notice.

Incredible customer service from jeta , my order had not been delivered to the correct address and went missing and with ease a replacement was sent within days of raising the issue. Fab and easy service and despite the delivery mishap I will continue using velo ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There was a delay in my regular order arriving, I say “delay” but in fairness the order went through early on Saturday morning and I am so used to the excellent turnaround times I was surprised when they were not with me on Sunday! So when they didn’t arrive I sent a mail to Velo Customer Service who responded very quickly to assist me. I was a bit embarrassed that by the time I read their mail my Velos had arrived! Thank you to Velo Customer Care!

You guys rebranded and your product is absolute garbage. What a foolish mistake on your part. You want from having a good product to tasting good and now it is disgusting.
Sadly after 2 years of ordering online from Velo, I’m giving up. It’s a 50/50 chance that you actually receive your parcel from Evri, who takes random pictures of anyone’s front door as ‘proof of delivery’. Velo are slow to respond, if at all. You have to complete a form to confirm you’re not a criminal defrauding the company. So off to Nordic Spirit I go. Don’t waste your time or money.
Great product, been buying velo for years. Had a small issue with a subscription but customer service was very efficient in sorting it out, offering me a refund or additional cans.
