Great Price, communication good

Great service. Ordered 4 x 100mm baffled vent spacers. Received with thanks as promised.

Great product. Easy to install and successfully vents the bathroom.

This company is a scam. Ordered and paid, but nothing ever arrived. Non existant customer services. Try and call their "phone number" before ordering, you will see, impossible to speak to a human. See other reviews, lots of consistent stories about this. Would strongly recommend avoiding.

Parcel was supposed to arrive 3 weeks ago, still no product. Evri lost parcel, complained to ventilationland, been chasing for weeks, then promised a refund advised today that carrier advised they were returning product to them as we had refused delivery. What utter rubbish I have cameras and no such attempt at delivery, want my money back which is still not forthcoming and would not recommend this company, terrible service. It’s about time they used a different carrier as I am not only one with the same issue.

I was a little worried after reading some of the reviews but thought i would give it a chance and I'm glad I did. Had a little hiccup with order being collected by the courier but contacted Ventilationland and they sorted it straight away. Order arrived as expected and was happy with the hole experience.

They split my order in to two deliveries, the first arrived several days late, no sign of the second one. I waited a few days then contacted them. They just sent me the tracking number. I did this another three times over the next three weeks. Eventually they did actually look in to it and found it was damaged in transit. I asked them to send it again or refund it, they say they can't until I go through the items that they did send me and work out what I am missing. This is obviously a complete waste of my time and not my job. They're absolutely unwilling to sort out their own mistake and are just wasting my time. I would just order from somewhere else if you need your items in a timely fashion and don't want to do their work for them to fix their mistakes.

There is little of substance to report about Ventilationland other than they have a great webpage and good product range - after that there is nothing tangible to report on, and that is the problem!

Ventilationland have made a couple of serious errors of judgement. Firstly, it isn't immediately obvious that the product comes from the Netherlands and therefore will not be coming tomorrow, or this week even. Secondly, they use EVRi as their delivery company which puts in significant jeopardy whether the product will ever come.

"Your parcel is delayed" has been the EVRi status for a week now (this is the now stuck status following a reported pedestrian progress towards the UK border). This, we all know, is code for "lost". But Ventilationland will not refund or resend until EVRi tell them it is lost. That, we also know, will never happen. So, no product, no refund and no responsibility accepted by Ventilationland despite time consuming contacts.

If you need something in a timely fashion with no hassle this is not the vendor for you. Pity. Nice website, good range of product.

We ordered 4 fans in September, they didn't arrive in time but when I asked for a refund, they'd been shipped. I have since returned these fans to Ventilationland in the Netherlands, but still no refund despite them emailing me on 22nd November asking for my bank details to refund the money, despite the fact I paid via Paypal. Please avoid this company at all costs!!
