EDIT - Viking have refunded the fee to their credit. i had opted for this cover at some point erroneously. was too easy to make this mistake though.

Good price, but underhand add ons are annoying
Good price, but adding 'insurance' without being asked was very annoying and underhand. I have a strong dislike of this kind of sales tactics, so won't be using again.

The original delivery was delayed a…
The original delivery was delayed and a day later cancelled, as the package was damaged. This order was refunded. The re order was placed in the basket and delivery was not charged so I paid again for the product. Next day delivery arrived good but left on doorstep and not signed for. The packaging was damaged and wet. The product had leaked because the tops were not fully tight and obviously not kept upright.
