Excellent Desk Lamp
The architects desk lamp was far better quality than I imagined. There was no flimsy plastic. The lamp is sturdy and and does not overbalance on a long reach.
The price was very fair and delivery was fast with Viking sending informative emails from order to delivery.

Your couriers leave are orders…
Your couriers leave are orders regularly on the ground floor - Lazy! There is a lift to the 1st floor to are office . The building is open to the public so it is not a secure place to leave are orders.

i would give zero star if possible
i would give zero star if possible. ordered a 12 plug adapter (rectangular, 6 plugs length, 2 plugs wide). Recieved a completely different model 12 plug adapter (12 in a row) that I have no room for. But to top it off, adapter is badly damaged and looks like it was was just thrown at my doorway by courier with cracks and 2 big holes in the casing visible and plastic falling off. No box for item. I never bother with reviews but this is taking the piss. I have no idea who courier is as they obviously dropped it and did a legger.

I have used Viking on and off for over 20 years, they are always good but find their customer services can often be unhelpful if you need to deal with them. Also compared to other types of online stores they can be quite expensive

Fuss-free experience
Placed my order for copier paper and it arrived the following day. No fuss and no hanging about.
I have an office in a primary school (not that I'm part of the school, but let's not go into that) so any orders or deliveries I make have to come during term time. Ordered A4 and A3 copier paper (plus some other 'bits') to ensure I didn't run out during the summer holidays and everything arrived during school hours the following day. Everything exactly as stated on the website. (Let's hope the rest of summer works as well!)

Delivered to wrong address
Delivered to wrong address. That address cant find the parcel so I'm without it at the moment and its been nearly 2 weeks. Waiting to hear what is going to be done.
