Going downhill
My last few orders have been picked incorrectly every time and then the couriers are always late delivering to a business address - Viking have our business hours. Often resulting in goods being return to Viking and then I always have problems with refunds on the goods not received. In the past I have never had an issue but recently it had been a nightmare.

Would love to give higher rating but…
Would love to give higher rating but the order should have arrived next day and didn’t. Because this was a Friday, by the time I found out, customer service was shut till Monday. So I had to source from somewhere else to meet my customers needs.
No matter I thought, I can still use the paper. However after waiting in all day Monday, the delivery attempted to deliver to a random house on my street, and failed so it went back again. Viking initially told me I couldn’t get a refund until I took delivery and posted back at own expense!
Thankfully someone was able to cancel the order eventually and give me a refund. I won’t order from them again till they change their delivery partner from DX Express who are even worse than Evri!

Good all round experience
Easy to find what I wanted, (plastic countertop leaflet holders), luckily they were on sale, so at a very competitive price, and delivered quickly ant a reasonable cost and packaged securely.
So very happy all round.

Item was delivered with small dints on…
Item was delivered with small dints on the front, Took out the extra cover so assumed I could get a replacement deliverd and the faulty one picked up. Was told I would need to get a refund and order another, for a simple swap out of an exact same item I found this cumbersome from a customers experience.
Reluctantly decided to keep the damaged one as I don't have the time to go through the refund, collection, order , deliver process
