Beware DPD's casual approach to delivery.
Quality of the products .. first class. The delivery company were distinctly second rate .. and that impacted on the no. of stars I awarded. Delivered the goods to the wrong house .. in a different road .. and made no effort to right the wrong .. left it to me. Utter shambles. Believe it was DPD ?

Customer services are bang on it. thankyou
Product was great, delivery was great. Didnt realise until we'd seen the receipt that we had been stiffed with an insurance type surcharge that appears to be applied to every product. not happy. will not use this company again.
EDIT - Viking have refunded the fee to their credit. i had opted for this cover at some point erroneously. was too easy to make this mistake though.

Good price, but underhand add ons are annoying
Good price, but adding 'insurance' without being asked was very annoying and underhand. I have a strong dislike of this kind of sales tactics, so won't be using again.
