Ordered some toner cartridges for my Epsom printer. Advised it was on a 48 hour Royal Mail delivery. After 10 days it turns up via Yodel couriers. The telephone number on the website is useless - you select an option - listen to music for 5 minutes then get cut off. Tried this 8 times !! When you email, you just get automated replies. Paypal did give a full refund.

I purchased inkjets for my Epson printer they are great value and I would buy again shipping to Ireland is took a while but other than that I received my order

Terrible service. I paid for printing to be delivered 48-72 hours. Almost 2 weeks later still haven't received my order. They are blaming FedEx in Spain! I ordered in UK with a UK company! You say you can't refund me as the issue is with FedEx not them! I didn't have any contract with FedEx, you did! Thankfully after numerous unsatisfactory emails with yourselves, I contacted PayPal who refunded me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PRINTING NEEDS.

Awful company. I never received my items, they got shipped but returned to them after 3 days and the company refuses to refund me as (in their words) “it’s been shipped”. The tracking clearly shows it’s been returned to the sender.

I bought a replacement printer drum from them. My printer didn't recognize the first one they sent, so they sent a second drum. The tolerance on it was off and my toner cartridge wouldn't even fit in. They have been giving me the runaround, even telling me I have installed the toner cartridge wrong and telling me to "please turn it sticker side down and try installing it again as it will fit perfectly" - which of course it doesn't at all. They're polite but totally useless and if their drums are any sample, their products are junk.

I ordered ink from them and still not arrived. I have emailed and called. Will not answer.

Incredible experience after my second purchase. Everything came allright and quite fast. Good service after purchase.

Initial review I posted was negative, however item arrived at the end, week over the time scale, however item was in excellent condition and it’s working, so generally I would say product is spot on

Received 2 cartridges in January which I didn’t install in my photo printer until today. The first cartridge was empty so I tried the second one. This works but the colours are so faded. I tried to email them on two different sites that they give you to contact them but after typing my email to them at the very end they tell you the email address is not valid. I ordered on Webcartridge.co.U.K. But the cartridges came from Spain. Really not happy with this.

They are also called webcartucho....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THEM!!!THEY ARE CROOKS...WE BOUGHT 3 TONERS AND THEY DID NOT WORK......THEU SENT ANPTHER 3 THEY DID NOT.WORK THEN THEY TELL US WE HAVE TO SEND THEM BACK....AT OUR EXPENSE!!! NO WAY!! THIS IS A SCAM FOR.SURE! NEVER BUY FROM.THEM

Ordered cartridges in January. Promised next day delivery. Then it changed to 5 working days. Still haven’t received them. Was eventually offered a refund on 22 February which I was promised would be refunded within 48-72 hours. Despite several emails to them I still have not been refunded. Unable to phone their customer services number either as it hangs up on you after 10 seconds. Terrible service.

Terrible experience. Not only were they two weeks out of delivery, they just started ignoring any messages I sent regarding cancelling and a refund. After three emails demanding a refund breccia they failed on their delivery promise, still nothing. It finally arrived (to a different address) and the cartridge was empty after two pages of printing, so it was a dud cartridge. These people don’t seem honest and you’re better waiting the longer times for a reputable cartridge company to deliver some actual ink. I’m now out of pocket £25 and I’ll never see it again. Terrible company.

Ordered Ink For Canon IP1900 on Jan 29th and it arrived on Feb 9th. Despite reading some very bad reviews after I had ordered my product, I was pleasantly surprised with the service and good quality product I received.
Would have no hesitation dealing with this company again.

I did not expect that they will be the answer to my search of a cartridge ink that is unavailable to all big companies in UK. They were also able to rectify my delivery address's which i put in error. The best company and very good costumer service agents.

DON'T BOTHER
I eventually got my ink (ordered 26.01.21 arrived 24.02.21), but its overpriced compared to Tesco. I wish I'd have looked there first. 5-7 working days is what was quoted for delivery, 7 emails later and asked to cancel order, Brexit excuses or ignored. Terrible customer service. My ink arrived 7 days after i asked to cancel and got a reply the day after it arrived.

Further to my previous review I have raised, with my credit card supplier, a dispute regards the payment given I have not received the goods.
They have, as a temporary measure, refunded the money and forwarded the dispute to Web Cartridge who have 45 days to either refund my money or challenge my claim.
We should not just sit back and watch this level of service go unchallenged.

After waiting a month for my ink cartridge, and after emailing a few times for an update, I finally received an email to say there had been a mistake at their end and offered a refund. I confirmed I wanted a refund and 3 weeks later I still haven't received it, and had no reply to any of my emails.

Terrible service and still none the wiser what is happening!

I assumed when I ordered from this company that they were in the UK when in fact they are Spanish. I was a bit concerned about delivery times and emailed them about this. I had a prompt reply and actually received the ink the following day. Delivery had taken just under two weeks. All in all I have no problem with this company.
