DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It is an unrelible company. I made a purchase which said next day delivery. After 10 days, I am still waiting. There is no communication, they don't answer the phone or reply to emails. Terrible experience.

Despite deliver being promised that week my cartridges arrived 3 months late.

No communication despite my repressed emails.

May be the delivery drivers fault but my parcel looks like it was kicked here.

Boxes smashed to bits luckily cartridges seem to be okay.

All in all pretty rubbish!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid £13 for next day delivery, this was 5 days ago and I still haven't received the items. You can't speak to anyone by phone as you get cutoff and they do not respond to emails.

AVOID!!!!

Why is a company based in Spain using a .co.uk web address, just another company conning people with cheap prices, but crap goods.
Should have known better at my age.

Update: After several emails where they said they would investigate they have stoppped replying to my queries. Customer service is non-existent DO NOT USE!!

Ordered original HP cartridges which arrived but the cyan was faulty. After several weeks I am still waiting for either a replacement or a refund and espite numerous emails I cannot get a fast response from Webcartridge. I will never use this company again.

Is this company real? Or Fake.
I have placed order and today is the 9th day and still waiting. Their reply seems to be automated. Please everyone DO Not be Con. I have wasted my time, money and not mentioning very frustrated. Never use them.

Photo conductor unit leaves marks on the page. Answered once asking for more information, and I sent it within 5 minutes. Now no response after 3 emails chasing them. Terrible company...

Missing delivery, no response from them. Parcel is apparently shipping from SPAIN?!?! Wont be using them in future.

Cartridge did not work in the printer. Spoke to a very rude customer service agent by the name of Kseniia who would not issue a refund and instead suggested I buy more from them so they were all the same. Have reported them for false advertisement as the product received was nothing at all like the product in the picture online. When asked why this was, they simply said they picture is there as reference’ however nowhere in the description does it state this.

If I could this company would not even get one star.
Poor sub standard products that are not recognised by my printer.
Poor customer service who will not give a straight answer, any response they give is to deflect to their policies that are not evident at time of purchase.
Refusal to refund despite contacting them to complain of product within their own specified timescale.
Avoid this company at all costs

I purchased ink that would not work in my printer. They refuse to refund and their customer services is nothing short of shocking. Poor products and even worse customer services. Still arguing for a refund over a month later. I will not give in. Avoid this company. You get what you pay for, buy the proper ink.

My ink cartridge came but it wont be accepted by my photosmart. I have emailed the company lets see what they say.

Fake items being sold as genuine HP products!!
STAY AWAY!!
