Update on my previous review. The cartridges I ordered for delivery by the 12th have arrived on the 20th. They are exactly what I ordered. So from my experience, don't believe the delivery times if ordering in the UK, but I got exactly what I ordered in the end, just over a week late which is actually not back coming from Spain!

Ordered my cartridge on 8.2.21.
Had an update sent to me to say it had been shipped and today it arrived 20.2.21.
Well packaged.Took a little longer than I thought but overall very good.

I’m so disappointed with this company! I try to get one black and one color cartridge from couple of months. I’m still waiting for my order. First time they make a mistake with the color,but I write to them couple of times and every time I waiting for answer up to week. Safe your time and patience and don’t ordered from them. That is mine advance.

DO NOT! REPEAT! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased an ink cartridge for my printer on the 27th January, and I have still not received my order 3 and a half weeks later! The website promised next day delivery, but then you get fobbed off saying it's been delivered, it's on the way, it's out for delivery, we're having problem with our warehouse stock! Every excuse under the sun! Still no cartridge! And refusing to give me a refund! Avoid them like covid!

NEVER Purchase from this company. Ordered on Jan 27th and still not received. They never respond to emails and eventually when they do they make multiple different claims as to the delay. Looking at the reviews now I would be very surprised if this company have actually ever delivered any ink. I think the only possibility of the refund will be via credit card company charge back

should of read reviews, i am a fool. cartridges not compatible, awful customer services, impossible instructions to follow, kept asking for more and more pics, please do not buy, and if you are going to buy cheap buy from a uk source on credit card, no refunds as i opened it, but i had too, to see if it worked. robbed

I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing from them! I've had the same experience, the estimated delivery was within 4 days but 3 weeks on I have not received it. I have emailed the company and was told it had been sent and would be delivered in 3 to 4 days, but nothing received. I've had to report to Paypal. Would not shop with them again.

I ordered cartridges for my daughter. It gave the impression being .co.uk of being from the UK. Eventually after absolutely ages my cartridges have been delivered from Spain via Glasgow I believe! I had to buy from Rymans in the interim which in the end cost me a fraction of what I paid this lot and they were delivered next day. I now don’t need these ones but they have the temerity to ask for photos etc before they’ll accept a return which I won’t do. I’d avoid.

Due to so many bad reviews I would post total opposite.
Since my order I have had several mails and have been able to track my order.This company have acted professionally with me and communication with Macarena and Irene most positive.
I believe brexit and weather have given them issues but at least they honour their commitment.
They were the only company that could supply me with HP cartridge 305 which is in short supply at good price. There are rediculous prices shown on ebay with profiteering.

Ordered on 27th Han on next day delivery. Here I am on Feb 16th and still no ink, no one answers the phone and emails go unanswered. Raised a dispute with my bank to force a refund. Stay well clear. Website is deceptive and it alludes to a UK company. Customer Service is non existent.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered Cartridges from a UK based website, claiming to have UK stock and next day delivery. I paid for next day delivery and here I am 11 days later. The tracking supplied was that of a french courier, however they did not show anything other than an error.

The excuses for the delay include "brexit bureaucracy", "heavy snow in scotland" (despite the roads being cleared, I checked all the live feed traffic cam sites between glasgow and here) and finally now a labelling error, that is the sole cause apparently.

People claim to have now received. Even if i do, my review will remain the same.

I asked for a refund on the next day delivery I paid for..... they refused. said the only refund they offer is if i return the whole item to spain.

I'm contacting my Bank this afternoon to report Fraud.

Do not buy from This website. I ordered ink on 4 feb for next day delivery. It arrived today on 16 feb. When you login to track your order it takes you to an Italian and french site. Terrible customer service.

This is not a UK company and therefore the delivery times are not relevant if you are a UK customer. They are using the .co.uk website address to trick people into thinking that the goods are in the UK (but they are in Spain).

They were very prompt in replying to my e-mail to them asking where my order was, and it sounds like they are looking to establish themselves with a UK warehouse, but right now, don't believe the website.

Ordered two hp cartridges on 4/2 which was confirmed and then despatch confirmed. No delivery received after a week, so sent email asking for confirmation. By return had email from Macarena explaining situation since Brexit etc and that delivery would be shortly. It arrived today very well packaged, so am happy with order. You just need to be patient.

I feel the same as the majority I ordered on the 29th January apparently paid for and dispatched, still nothing. No proper reply to the emails, all stock answers. Rubbish!!!! Any chance of a refund?? Or take it on the chin?? Do Not Use this company

I am really beginning to wonder about this lot: are they actually crooks? I ordered an HP black ink cartridge from them back on 27 January. Still waiting. The excuses I have been given so far are (a) the delay is due to Brexit difficulties; (b) they have had trouble with the labelling… How come other suppliers manage to get my orders to me despite having the same challenges? The "customer support" emails I have received are addressed to "Dear customer", not to me personally, which suggests that they are just an automatic response they trot out with the latest excuse. The emails apparently come from someone called "Macarena" – does this person actually exist? My printer was out of use without cartridges so I couldn't wait any longer and ordered the cartridges I needed from another supplier; they arrived within a week. People, if you want to preserve your peace of mind, DON'T USE WEBCARTRIDGE! I am wondering whether I can report them to Trading Standards.

I ordered an ink cartridge on the 27th January and still not received it, I only got a response once I had contacted Paypal, they said it is coming from Spain and mine was miss labled, so not arrived as yet.
Will NEVER use this company again. Shocking customer service

Ordered 10 days ago and still no goods. Tried phoning and number not available at moment. Conformation email said they will send another email when dispatched, still not got one...NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN!

Do not use this company if you are in the UK. Even though the website suggests that they hold stock in the UK, they do not. Their stock is held in Europe and they are having problems importing into the UK. It is now 10 days since I ordered a next day delivery cartridge, which they are still advertising as next day delivery on their web site !! There is no sign of the delivery and no track and trace information has been provide

I don't know why this company has such bad reviews, I will admit I was worried because I got a confirmation email saying I'll get my order "in (blank) days" a blank where the number should be, and the tracking site they put me through to wouldn't even let me enter the number they gave me. But after a few days I rang them up, spoke to a nice lady, she gave me a Hermes tracking number and everything was on track, it was already in Scotland by that point, one day later it's delivered to me, exactly what I wanted (black HP 106A laser toner) and it took a week to arrive from their warehouse in Spain. My only complaint is that by reading the reviews on here I was sure I'd been conned (people must be really impatient then get their order and forget to change the review) so I ordered toner from Argos after, so now I have 2 lots of toner. Ironically I was duped by trust pilot lol.
