I had a fantastic experience working with Faz on designing my kitchen. From start to finish, she was incredibly supportive, patient, and attentive to every detail. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and brought great ideas to the table that made a huge difference to the final design.
Her professionalism and friendly approach made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I’m absolutely delighted with how everything turned out and couldn’t have done it without her help. Highly recommend—thank you so much, Faz!

I was a little uncertain on what kitchen I wanted after visiting different places and by chance met one of the designers faz whilst leaving the shop. After arranging an appointment she helped with options I could choose from and made the entire plan come together easily. I was then assigned Tony who came out to review the plans and followed up with checks before install day. Tony followed every request that was added and has done an amazing job and managed to finish the work better than anticipated. He also followed up on some additional checks promptly and visited to install some replacement doors that were needed. The only negative I can mention was the customer service person assigned to my order was never in direct contact with me. The replacement doors were managed by Tony and I was able to speak to other customer service team members to help with the delivery. I have had time since the install to use the kitchen daily and everything is working perfectly. I can't thank Faz and Tony enough and made the whole process very easy and stress free.

Just finished the design phase of my new bathroom which has been so good I am happy to say I am now eagerly awaiting the fitting.
I have worked with Scott through the home visit and the instore design and he has been so easy to work with. He was polite, pleasant, attentive and importantly for me had a sense of humour which made the whole process just feel like a chat. At no point through the process have I felt under any sort of pressure or subject to any 'sales' pitches.
Scott has totally understood me and my taste and how I need this room to work for me. He has absolutely nailed the design to the point I actually ditched some of my pre conceived ideas to go with his design. In fact it was that good I think we only changed 1 thing which was a colour. There was no pressure or rush during the store visit and Scott ensured that wherever possible I saw everything in person and experienced how things would look and feel. Sorry for making you carry those samples everywhere!!!!!
Having signed on the dotted line there was still no rush and a clear explanation of the next stages was provided.
Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Wickes Cannock and in particular Scott

Went in not knowing what I was doing/looking for. Thankfully, lovely Brett was there to help! He listened to what the problem was, identified what I needed, helped me carry them to the check out and car. All while being polite, joyful and ever so helpful. Top notch customer service.

We had a Wickes kitchen designer, Scott, visit our home yesterday and I honestly couldn’t fault the experience. He was a really pleasant guy – knowledgeable, polite and refreshingly not pushy at all.

Scott took the time to listen to what we wanted, asked the right questions about how we actually use the space, and came up with some great ideas that really worked for us. It felt very collaborative rather than sales-driven, which we really appreciated.

Went into Cannock Store to look at design and purchasing a kitchen. Came out and had a fixed penalty of£100 (60) if paid within 14 days. Not happy I received ticket but pleased I hadn't placed order as will be taking my custom elsewhere.

Wickes Cannock is a great place with always friendly staff and a decent returns policy. I dont bother with other DIY stores now, just go Wickes.

All the design staff from Wickes were so welcoming and helpful, they made choosing the right kitchen to suit our needs a real easy and enjoyable experience. Our kitchen designer Faz, was lovely, so friendly and knowledgeable, and easy to work with, she created a great new kitchen design and guided us through the whole process from start to finish.

We have recently had our kitchen designed by Donna at Wickes in Cannock...Donna was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable...she listened to our requests and worked with what we wanted....She made our experience of choosing our kitchen very pleasant...Thank you for all your help.

I felt like the designer was not very welcoming , was rushing as she only have one hour . I felt like she is not interested to do business with me . But wicks have some really good kitchen .

The quality & ranges of kitchens were excellent & the prices were reasonable.
But what made our experience of buying a kitchen was the expert guidance given by Scott from the design team.
I would recommend anyone buying a kitchen to go to WICKS Cannock.

Been in to Wickes this evening needing advice about decorating my daughters flat, what was best to use. Pete went above and beyond to help. Really lovely man who was helpful and kind.

We wanted a selection of many items needed for utility refurbishment so Wickes at Cannock was our choice,Donna was super helpful and knowledgeable sorted delivery and all a good price comparably,unfortunately I didn't realise the carpark is A.N.P.R.managed we over stayed by a few minutes,a month later we received a parking notice charge.
I went to the store and Rich the manager was only too happy to sort it out he contacted G24 the company and later in the day true to his word emailed to notify it had been cancelled,super efficient and the problem resolved.

Needed a little help going through a kitchen plan and ordering. We've used Wickes Cannock twice, both times Donna was brilliant worked through everything made sure we were not missing anything and was very knowledgeable. Great help. Highly recommend.

Fabulous customer care from Scott Derby. Excellent service. Explained things in depth; showed examples of products- compared and contrasted. When buying a kitchen this is just what is needed.

I have recently had a new kitchen via Wickes Cannock the whole experience was excellent.Scott Darby who dealt with the sale was really helpful and efficient.
The kitchen is great quality for a brilliant price.

Went to wickes and the member of staff faz was brilliant we went originally in may she came out to see us worked everything out and we had to put it back until now November we went today 5th November and she even remembered our names not many people would .sorted everything out again absolutely

We ordered our kitchen with Wickes Cannock on the 7th of June. We were told it would be 2 weeks install once the bace units where installed templating for the work tops could be done and 10 working days for quarts. Work started on the 15th of September. Expecting a kitchen in around 3 weeks. After multiple missing parts and countless deliveries we are now over 6 weeks into our install and still do not have a complete kitchen or worktops. How can you say you have a new kitchen when 50% of it is over a month old and still don’t have the other half fitted. Over £20,000 on my dream kitchen and I couldn’t be more disappointed It was something I was so looking forward to and it’s tuned into my worst nightmare. And as someone else has said in the comments communication has been shocking and you only important while you’re there. Emails take days to respond and no one can give you an answer there and then. I still don’t have an end date and if returning it for a refund was an option I would, I would definitely will not be recommending wicks to everyone and will definitely not consider them for future projects in the future.
