Wickes - Cannock Opiniones 

We ordered our kitchen with Wickes Cannock on the 7th of June. We were told it would be 2 weeks install once the bace units where installed templating for the work tops could be done and 10 working days for quarts. Work started on the 15th of September. Expecting a kitchen in around 3 weeks. After multiple missing parts and countless deliveries we are now over 6 weeks into our install and still do not have a complete kitchen or worktops. How can you say you have a new kitchen when 50% of it is over a month old and still don’t have the other half fitted. Over £20,000 on my dream kitchen and I couldn’t be more disappointed It was something I was so looking forward to and it’s tuned into my worst nightmare. And as someone else has said in the comments communication has been shocking and you only important while you’re there. Emails take days to respond and no one can give you an answer there and then. I still don’t have an end date and if returning it for a refund was an option I would, I would definitely will not be recommending wicks to everyone and will definitely not consider them for future projects in the future.

Amazing project by Niamh Dineen. She made the whole process fuss free from the initial design consultation to the three D render which showed the final result. Was also extremely helpful in any minor bumps along the way. She made the entire process as easy as possible.

Scott has been brilliant from start to finish coming out to the property to measure and design the kitchen to then showing us the finish design and showing us all the units and accessories.

Amazing experience with Scott again, this is our second kitchen we’ve purchased from Wickes, we’ll be back for our bathroom in the new year.

Member of staff (Scott) called the day before a booked bathroom design appointment stating he wanted more information before he drove such a long distance (a whole 10 miles from Cannock to Stafford) and then proceeded having not listened (based on his responses) to what I had said to tell me if I wasn’t prepared to spend £8-10k it wasn’t worth holding the appointment and he would cancel. Despite this I have continued to receive reminder and follow up emails asking how the appointment went.

From the moment I spoke to Faz in store I knew I was going to have a positive experience. She is so knowledgeable and caring to individual requirements. She spent a long time with me in store making sure I had my dream kitchen - advising me on tile and flooring choices.
Once my balance was paid Faz ensured that I was still happy with my choice and advised me to get in touch if I needed further help.
I cannot wait to have my new kitchen.
Faz has made the whole experience amazing and I would certainly recommend her to anyone I know looking for a new kitchen.

Our design consultant was Faz, so knowledgable and helpful and genuinely interested in our needs and wants! We are all paid up and now just waiting for our kitchen to be delivered, if there are any issues I have no doubt that Faz will do her utmost to sort alongside store manager, Rich.
I did have an issue with the attitude of one member of staff however I was so delighted with the rapport I had built with Faz that I decided to put that aside and return to Wickes!

Really helpful guidance and design of our kitchen by Donna Harris. She patiently listened to our wishes and then turned our plan into a workable kitchen design. We are so pleased with the end result which came out within our budget.

Was a great experience from start to finish!! Absolutely thrilled with the finished product! Big shout out to our installer Ren who did a fantastic job!

Faz was fantastic from the moment she walked into our home – friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in our kitchen project. She offered sensible advice, had excellent product knowledge, and was always open and honest throughout the process. Communication has been brilliant, with prompt replies to emails, and she’s always been punctual and reliable. We can’t wait to receive our units, but so far we cannot fault Faz – she’s been a pleasure to work with!

I went to wickes yesterday and was unsure what kitchen to get and all the appliances needed for the flat pack. A member of staff called Donna helped me and she was amazing helping me choose what to get, and couldn't do enough for me helping and checking I had everything. I appreciated the help

Booked a home appointment for a consultant to attend and quote for a shower enclosure, unfortunately he attended on 14/08/25 and it's now 27/08/25 and still no quote, I'm guessing you don't want my business, now looking for alternative quotes, not great guys 🫤

I contacted Wickes in Cannock with regards to getting my, very dated bathroom, re-designed.
Faz came to get all of the measurements and she was absolutely brilliant.
We arranged another meeting where she showed me her designs. I have been to see her again today. I took my dad with me to show him the design. My dad is a very difficult customer and a total perfectionist! Faz was very patient with him.
Overall, Faz has been fantastic throughout the whole process. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and great to talk to.
Today I have ordered my dream bathroom.

Wickes were great from start to finish with our planning & design of our kitchen right through to the installation & the finishing product.
Donna Harris was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. Jake Williams & his installation team of electricians, plasterers etc were also briliant. They were all polite & very professional in there work. I would highly recommend Wickes to use for your kitchen project.

Me and my son came in for some paint we was met with nothing but continuous help and guidance with selecting the paint and brushes as well as going above and beyond they was very patient, friendly such an amazing experience thanks to these chaps. Ordered a kitchen. Paid over £12,000.
Several items not delivered. Got in touch with the person we ordered it. Sent emails to the missing parts dept. Phoned the missing parts dept. Rang the manager of the shop- cannock- still not sorted !!!
Wish we could go back in time and avoid wicks !!!

Pete from Cannock was so helpful. He was so informative and kind. Really helped us to figure out what we needed for our job renovating our new home. Will not ever go to B&Q again. I will come to see Pete for his expert help
