2 helpful gentlemen
2 helpful gentlemen, 1 young, 1 older. I am elderly and petite. They helped me inside with the cumbersome water butt and assured me the dents would disappear once full. They were polite and friendly.

I was asked to review the delivery but…
I was asked to review the delivery but this was delivered to the wrong address which meant I had to walk up and down the roads looking for the house it was delivered to. I then had to transport these items back myself and did not hear anything back from the wickes branch in regards to any compensation.

The delivery experience is great because it is really fast to get something. The next day delivery service surprised me also it comes early which is good to get works started.

Ordered 10 led light bulbs which…
Ordered 10 led light bulbs which arrived within a couple of days. The delivery was in two consignments (3 and 7) which was not a problem for me (it would have been if I had physically travelled to my local store to find there were only 3 on the shelves) but it does seem crazy that Wickes maintain such low stock levels in their store.

Kind and considerate delivery guys
Ordered 2 fence panels for our rear garden,the van turned up at the time they said and the panels were offloaded into our front garden and for a small consideration they were carried through the house to our back garden ,kind and considerate is a good description of the delivery guys.

Professional and helpful kitchen design
We've just ordered a kitchen after a home visit and later meeting with George. George took careful measurements to draw up a plan of our space and was very helpful at our meeting. He patiently talked through his design with us and tried out alternatives until we were happy. Here's hoping the delivery goes well too 😀

Easy to order online
Easy to order online. Updated rough time of delivery, then driver calls about 10 mins before . Polite and helpful delivery guys, have used a few times now and had good service every time.
