Wickes - Hinckley Opiniones 

Our Wickes bathroom was finished this week and we couldn’t be happier.!!
Right from the first design meeting with Karen, at Hinckley Wickes, to the finished bathroom, fitted by Krys.
Karen guided us through lots of designs and finishes available through Wickes, and together we chose the tiles and fittings and finishing we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble for Karen whilst she made sure we were completely happy and would achieve our dream bathroom. She spent so much time putting things together on screen so we had a virtual view of what we had chosen. (This gets emailed to you and printed off too!)
The breakdown of costs were completely transparent and explained. (Including any supplementary work)
Wickes sent their expert fitter Krys out for final checks and to ask about supplementary work, which he further explained and costed out in full before our install date. We opted for extra wall lights, flooring and a few other bits.
Krys was EXCEPTIONAL.! He explained everything he was doing day by day, and worked from 8-5, getting an enormous amount of work completed daily.
Our bathroom is stunning. The fittings are of exceptional quality and value. (Please go in and have a look at the quality of their taps, showers etc)
I am now recommending Wickes to everyone.!
Another bonus was that Wickes came in at £4000 cheaper than two local independent companies.
We have had an absolute 5 star experience from start to finish.
Huge thank you to Karen and Krys, for all their hard work and expertise. I honestly don’t think we could have achieved our bathroom without both of them.

We would like to thank Sarah at Wickes Hinckley for her excellent customer service. She was approachable, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. Her positive attitude and helpful advice made our visit much easier and more enjoyable. Sarah is a real asset to the store, and we hope her excellent work is recognised.

Have already made a report on here about my poor experience. Just wanted to provide a further update as to how dreadful the customer service is.
As yet I have had no response to my complaint from them.
I have emailed a number of times and still awaiting a reply.
Even the report on here has failed to get any response other than the initial reply.
It’s really is a dreadful experience and one I hope no one else has to experience

We are absolutely thrilled with the work! Mark handled the kitchen from A to Z perfectly. He solved every problem quickly and made sure everything looked super. Sandhu is a great guy, very helpful, and always easy to contact whenever we needed him. Thank you for the fantastic job, we recommend you 100%!

David was a delight, very helpful and friendly impressed by the service.

Ash and Karen in store were brilliant helping me with the tiles for my bathroom renovation - wickes are dealing with the renovation and we had to order our floor and wall tiles very last minute and they did not have enough stock! Between them Karen and Ash resolved the issue and I was able to leave store with what I needed, thanks to both of them and the overall great service

Nat at Hinckley branch very helpful with choosing product and assisting me with heavy load

I visited the store three times yesterday and each time, served by a different member of staff. All were very helpful, friendly and gave a great service, and David who served me on my last visit, he was so upbeat, smiling and had me smiling, and laughing, as well 😀. All in all, a very helpful and friendly place to visit

Sandhu was really helpful and gave us lots of good advice as to which unit fits where in our oddly shaped kitchen. It really felt like he had our best interests at heart rather than upselling us, which was one of the main reasons we went with Wickes for our kitchen rather than going somewhere else!

Eve - a credit to the store!!

Eve was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable whilst assisting me in finding the perfect paint colour match for my project.

Nothing was too much trouble and she made the while process enjoyable instead of stressful. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service these days and Eve is a really credit to the store.

Very friendly and helpful service from Nat at the Hinckley store . He helped me choose a new lawnmower and even helped me loading it into my car . Lovely store

Walked into Wickes at Hinckley to look for a new kitchen without an appointment. Was met by a design consultant, Sandhu, who was very helpful and even came out to my home to measure up the same day! He then created beautiful images of what our new downstairs renovation will look like. We have been very happy with the service and look forward to seeing the finished product!

I have just made a large purchase at this store and couldn’t sort out my trade account details. Katie went above and beyond to help me, even called customer support for me and got it sorted.

We work all over the UK and visit Wickes stores regularly because of the convenience and accessibility they offer.

However, Katie and Ash genuinely stand out a mile compared with anyone else we’ve dealt with at any other store. Their customer service, helpfulness and attitude are second to none. They always go above and beyond to help us, and nothing ever seems like too much trouble.

They are both an absolute credit to the store and to Wickes as a company. From all the branches we visit across the UK, Katie and Ash are by far the standout members of staff we’ve come across. Hinckley store

I ordered 3 100l bags of bark chippings to pick up from store , as I was leaving Richard who had served me had asked Ash to help me load them into my car. I was so surprised and grateful that they had offered to help. Great customer service , which was much appreciated. Thank you both 👍
