Wanted to purchase a New Kitchen and had the pleasure of dealing with Richard who came out and designed a kitchen within my budget. Communication was excellent and answered all the questions I had, I would certainly want him to design any future projects for me in the future and I will ask for him personally

We were given a £100 donation from the Wickes Community Programme to help us re-roof the equipment shed where our Scout Group keeps all our supplies staff were super helpful in Maidstone making sure we got all the right materials

Matt the sales and design expert at maidstone wickes was 100 percent on the ball. From start to finish he was helpful , polite and knew his stuff. Matt made the whole process of finding , designing and purchasing a bathroom an absolute delight. Highly recommend seeing him for your next home improvement project.

I would like to thank Matt Nowotny at the Maidstone branch for designing my dream kitchen. Matt listened to my requests and took away what I was asking and produced the design. I could finally visualise what my new kitchen would look like! Nothing was ever too much trouble as I had plenty of questions, queries etc however Matt always responded! Matt is friendly, approachable and a great designer who I would highly recommend! Thanks again for making my dream of 20 years of waiting finally come true! I absolutely love my new Sofia range kitchen!

I had a bathroom design appointment, which the consultant told me at the beginning wasn’t long enough, and it wasn’t.
He said he would finish the design and quote that day, in between other appointments and then email it to me. A week later I’ve received nothing other than a follow up email asking me to leave this review.
I had a told him that we wanted to get things finalised quickly and wanted high end products. So even more puzzling that he did not come back to me.
Needless to say we are placing our order with another company

I came into this store to return some unneeded, excess materials that I'd purchased at another branch. This turned out to be rather complicated but Jim was very patient and helpful and was ultimately able to process the refund for me.

JIM saw that my Wife would have struggled with the goods and offered to help.

He brought it to our vehicle and ensured that all was loaded and secure before us leaving.
