I was looking to redo my bathroom and didn't know where to begin. Richard the Design Consultant was patient, listened, very helpful, finding answers to our concerns, professional, knowledgeable and did everything to help us find a positive solution.

Everything from the initial consultation with Michael in Maidstone to the excellent installation by Jedda and his team was extremely good. The only thing that was a letdown was the confusion over deliveries caused by the delivery company itself

Yos in Maidstone branch was very helpful, she took her time with us

The member of staff Ian in the Maidstone branch was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. I have not had such a great customer service experience in years!

I recently had a kitchen design appointment with Richard. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything we needed. He placed the orders with me and contacted the supplier to arrange a quicker delivery as I needed it asap!

It’s quite nerve racking to make big decisions on your own but Richard really helped me out and everything that’s been delivered has been great!

Richard has a brilliant eye for detail and design, but what really stood out was his genuine care — he wanted us to absolutely love our kitchen, and we truly do.
