Wickes - Pontefract Opiniones 

Rubbish customer service. 3 behind the till and I was stuck behind someone returning an item. No one else waiting to be served other than me. Other 2 staff were talking and messing with the till, after 5 minutes a customer went to the other till and was served straight away. Won’t be using wickes again!

Polite and very helpful staff. Deb really made a difference to my shopping experience.

Normally use the Wakefield branch but due to being in Pontefract I called in there instead. I was served by a lady called Deb and she was so helpful and cheerful with nothing too much trouble for her. It was a pleasure to see someone so happy in their work. Well done Pontefract and well done Deb

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Lucas during my recent visit, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment we spoke, it was clear that Lucas was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely committed to providing the best possible support.

No question was too much trouble, and he went out of his way to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. His professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made a real difference, and it’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to excellent service.

Deb was really helpful after our attempts of picking the wrong pink colour paint. She offered to actually take her time and open the tin of paints for us making our decision easy and quick. We really appreciate it thank you so much.

I've been into the pontefract store on numerous occasions, I was served by Deb, she was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and bent over backwards to help me, Deb went up and beyond, a pity all your staff can't do this, Deb deserves recognition plus a staff bonus.

Started with the fantastic music playing had all that I went in for and was assisted by a lovely lady named Debs who helped with matching my wallpaper and paint and didn’t make me feel like I was putting her out even though it was the end of her shift.As a women in a DIY store it was nice not to be overwhelmed when buying for my DIY project and will return for anything I’ve missed.

We come into wikes most times and if ur ever having a bad morning u will walk out happy because debs in the Pontefract store is amazing allways greet u and can guarantee she will put u in a good mood she helps with anything u ask and nothing is too much for her she is a credit to have

We visited the Pontefract store today to buy a crown satinwood paint to match their emulsion. Crown don’t make the colour in satinwood but Vicky was fantastic and created it using their colour matching service. She went above and beyond painting the emulsion onto A4 paper. In the meantime we went for a coffee whilst it dried. In addition she mentioned about the parking time and pointed us to a QR code so we didn’t go over. Thanks Vicky the match is perfect!
