Wasting time to have kitchen design consultation. Discussed all stuff and sent all information to the designer, who just said yes and would submitted proposal on the next day. Pretending to provide good service and disappear! I can't imagine what would happen if I were to place an order...

We had an emergency at work and I needed to buy some plumbing essentials. I was served by a very friendly guy who gave me some good advice. I had an idea of what I needed to do but he gave me his advice as well, and I was able to get the job done, which saved an emergency call out. Thanks Wickes!

Popped into my Hatfield Road store on the way home from work to grab a few essentials for DIY work that I had to complete over the weekend, and was very happy that everything I needed was in stock. It can be quite frustrating to find empty shelves but this shop was clearly well managed. The staff that helped me were pleasant and I will definitely be using this store again. My local store needs to up its game!

Dropped into the St Albans store as I needed some help to complete some sanitary ducting work around my downstairs toilet area. Your staff member (originally thought he was part of the cleaning team, but discovered soon after he was one of the management team) gave me some excellent advice on the use of lubricant spray versus gel to complete the job. His knowledge on the subject was second to none and saved me ££ and a lot of wasted time. You’ve just earned a shed load of brownie points and a new loyal customer!

Exceptional service - highly recommend staff and store

I approached Wickes, St Albans, to design and fit a new Bathroom. My Design Consultant, Anthony Garnett, was extremely helpful and professional, clearly explaining all of my options and answering my endless questions, pre and post sale. I’m really happy with Anthony’s design, which matched my brief and budget. Really looking forward to the finished product.

We recently had a new kitchen designed and installed by Wickes. We found the quality of the end product and the service throughout was excellent. The design input, sound advice and guidance provided by Anthony Garnet (at the St Albans branch) on the layout, choice of units and white goods was invaluable and he was great to work with. The installation, carried by Paul McCarthy, was top notch. He really knows what he’s doing, was very helpful and a joy to have around. The kitchen looks fantastic, works really well and was in our view, great value for money. It feels like it will have a lasting quality that we’ll enjoy for many years to come. Our thanks to all concerned.

In store at St. Albans I had exceptional customer service from Tony and members of the management team. They helped me split up the order to have heavy parts of it delivered, and signed me up to TradePro to make the most of the discount. Tony really went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, such a great experience. Thank you

We have renovated our Bathroom through St Albans Wickes. The experience was great. Thank you Azhar from design team who has listeneed to our requirements, gave us recommendations and has been very helpful throughout the installation process. Azhar was easily reachable to provide inputs and clarify any doubts we had. The bathroom installer Joseph home construction has done a excellent job. We asked so many questions / doubts during the installation process and the installer patiently explained everything and the quality and finishing was very good. Over all it was a great experience. I had a great experience shopping at my local St. Albans branch. Big shout out to Kai who was most informative and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

We are very pleased with our beautiful new kitchen and are so happy Tony at the St Albans branch was our designer. He's explained everything and asked questions to make sure we we got exactly what we wanted. The installation and delivery went without a hitch and I cannot recommend Tony and wickes enough.

We made an appointment with him to have a quote, I was never rushed and all our individual needs and requirements for this kitchen were taken into account. I am so happy with the layout and can’t wait for it to be delivered.

My wife and I selected Wickes for our new kitchen after considering a number of options and were delighted to discover we had been assigned Raeanna in the St Albans design team to oversee our project. From the outset she was keen to understand our specific requirements and worked tirelessly to create a dream kitchen for our new flat. Raeanna worked hard to ensure that every available space in our modestly sized kitchen would be well utilised and functional.

Raeanna’s patience, attention to detail and excellent communication during the design process was second to none. Her professionalism, knowledge and determination to put the customer first demonstrates what an asset she is to Wickes.
