Really cheap and nasty avoid at all costs
I thought I was buying from a UK based company, but it turns out they ship from China. Awful clothing, Very cheap and nasty. Size 3XL actually about UK size 10. Supposedly dark grey wide leg linen trousers, nothing like it. Paid £33 absolute rip off. Not even good enough to donate to charity shop. Avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible company, misleading website & cheap tacky products. The item that i ordered was nothing like described and the returns policy is pretty much non existent, telling me i have to pay for postage back to china, import costs plus storage costs!!! Avoid at all cost!!

The cheapest, nastiest piece of clothing ever
I placed the order online based on photos showing a vintage looking shirt (RRP £70!!!) but am absolutely appalled at the low quality of the shirt: a cheap, plastic replica in different materials and colours. This is the cheapest, nastiest piece of clothing I have ever seen.
I suggest that many of the positive reviews on here are fake as this is a scam. Cheap, low-quality goods which arrived in a cheap plastic bag with no branding or any paperwork at all. They obviously have it sent direct to the customer from a Chinese sweatshop.
PS You will see their automated reply below. I did email them three times and their best offer was to refund me 15% of the cost and I could keep the cheap tat or I had to post it at my expense to China before I get 90% back. Would you trust them and pay good money after bad? I reminded them of the Consumer Rights Act but their AI replies don’t or won’t get the point. Their customer service is worse than their products. Buy from them at your peril. I wish I could post a photo of how the shirt compares with the photo on their website.

Good selection of cotton polos
There was a good selection of cotton polo shirts with solid colours. That is what I wanted. In addition the price is far lower than a London high street shop.

I needed shoes that would not bother my feet during regular walking. These are not fancy but they feel supportive in the right places. After using them for a couple of weeks I can say they were a practical buy.

ALERT !- ALERT !! - ALERT !!!
This company is a total Scam - Sells sub standard goods out of China ( which you are not aware of at the time of purchase) so if you want to return you have to send back to China ! -Good Luck with that one ! - So apart from you having to bear the cost of international shipping you are also charged a 15% deduction for what they call a "re-stocking" fee whatever that is ! - Also at the end of it all the quality of the goods is absolute sh*** - This company should be blocked under the Trades description Act.

This order was late and arrived from China not the UK.
This order arrived from China. The website is very misleading. Charged in pounds, Belgium address. The order stated that the item would arrive July 23rd. It was for a specific event. It finally arrived on August 5th. I requested a refund only to be told they DO NOT have a store in the UK and I will have to pay to ship the dress back to CHINA! will be responsible for duty fees and will be charged a 15% restocking fee!!!! Now, I am being offered a 15% partial refund to just keep the dress.

Very disappointing and unfair return process
I bought two pairs of shoes from this company, and both were very poorly made. The quality was nowhere near what I expected, so I decided to return them.
The return process was already unacceptable because I had to pay to send the shoes all the way back to China, at my own expense. The company has confirmed that they received the returned items, but now they want to deduct an additional 15% restocking fee from my refund.
So, after receiving badly made products, I have had to pay expensive international shipping and am now expected to lose even more money. I find this completely unfair and very disappointing.
I would definitely not buy from this company again, and I would advise others to think carefully before ordering. What initially seems like a simple return can end up costing you a significant amount of money.
