Poor quality goods
Poor quality goods, nothing like picture or description.
The returns process is appalling , even tho they have a London address in TW14. Insist on extortionate postal fees to back to China plus 15% restocking fee.
Steer well clear, RIP OFF START TO FINISH

A little older and wiser
Did not know the sandals from York Fashion were being shipped from China (offices in Belgium) and they arrived too late to take on holiday. Tried to cancel but as they had been shipped (and were stuck in customs) was told it was too late to do so. Upon my return the sandals were not as shown on the website but not withstanding as I had agreed to the T&C’s I was responsible for all return costs to China (prohibitive at £35) in order to obtain a refund of £60. My advice would be to avoid but at least be aware of the returns policy when you agree the T&C’s.
Further to the below they are now quoting 30 days have passed since delivery even though they did not reply to my final communication. No improvement from York Fashion and though they supplied sandals are were different to those advertised I am still liable for all return shipping costs. Beware

Feel totally ripped off.
Like other people I feel totally scammed. The dress I ordered was of poor, polyester material, not linen, as described on the Website. Photos on their Webpage give the impression of a high quality fashion Company, when they are in fact operating out of a warehouse in China. It is not worth the cost and hassle of returning the item.

Shoes very poor quality
Shoes very poor quality, small size and not as described in advert, despite contracting customer services numerous times I am not able to return the items without their approval so no refund possible. Be careful China retailer.
Don’t be fooled that customers service appear to want to help. I tried and still have no resolution.

This company is totally misleading in pretending to be English. I ordered a dress which took several weeks to arrive and was of terrible quality. The man made fabric was the sort that would generate a lot of static. The returns policy is fraudulent, offering either a minuscule refund or the opportunity to pay for postage back to source in China and a refund minus 15% .

Total scam.
Took 12 days to arrive, by which time I didn’t need the sandals any longer. They were also of such poor quality that I wouldn’t have worn them anyway. Requested a refund but was told I’d incur the return costs, not usually an issue, however the warehouse is based in Asia (surprise surprise) AND an additional 15% restock cost would be charged to me, whatever the heck that means. That would mean the cost to me would be about half the value of the sandals I ordered. Wish I’d checked the return policy before I ordered.

This website is a complete scam. Avoid. Do not go anywhere near it.
I waited 4 weeks for a pair of fisherman sandals. The ‘premium leather’ advertised was 100% plastic. The sole, the uppers - everything was plastic. And the design differed markedly from what was on the website. The heel of the sandals I received was much higher, and the stitching a pale shadow of how it appeared in the website photo. The overall look was cheap, cheap, cheap and very uncomfortable to wear.
The telephone for customer support is disconnected, and the replies to my emails from a robotic ‘Melissa’ are clearly automated.
As requested I sent in photos that clearly show the difference between what is on the website and what I received and the differences were very quickly (too quickly) dismissed, again pointing to an AI operated system.
To be reimbursed I need to send the sandals back to China, at my expense and before they send me what I paid for the sandals back they will deduct a handling fee. York Fashion is a scandal, and should be shut down immediately.

Highly recommend you avoid this company. Purchase of two logo embroidered polo shirts (Milano). 3 weeks to arrive from China. Logo is very large plastic stick on. They admitted the item is not as described. I was given a return address, in CHINA and advised that the cost of the postage is not covered. I pointed out the clear statement on their advert (30 day free return). The response was, in so many words, ‘We apologise for the misunderstanding but the ‘Free return’ means ‘Free from trouble return’!!!! and not free to return!!!! Deception is all over this companies culture.

Follow up review
I am writing this as a follow-up to my original review. Following my review, and their response, I contacted them for a resolution as the sandals were hideous, cheap, small, waste of money.
I received an AI generated email offering me a good will gesture refund of 10% of the order cost. My order was £64.31 so they offered me £6.43. They also deduct 15% storage fee and you have to return the goods to China. I responded asking why a partial refund was offered, my question was not answered, but they then offered a 15% partial refund! I went back again asking why only a partial refund was offered, and they replied offering 20% partial refund! Even if I accepted 20% that's only around £13, against a £64 order?? Then I'd have to foot the bill for postage, less the £15% storage fee, how does that work out?? I've reported this company.

Totally scammed, not as advertised
Totally scammed! Should have read reviews here first…..googled Air Wair as have walking difficulties and needed comfort sandals for holidays. This lovely company appeared clearly displaying Air Wair label on sandals. What arrived was definitely not air wair but a cheap flimsy unwearable pair of sandals. Emailed company who eventually gave final offer of 20% refund or return to China, pay postage and customs and lose 15% restocking fee! They don’t get that they are false advertising…… my next steps are Trading Standards and my bank to see if they can help recover my lost hard earned cash.
Following the below reply, I don’t see that contacting this company yet again will be of any use as they gave me their final offer last week after many emails and much stress. They made it clear that they would not refund me and I made my next steps clear to them so I don’t understand this reply from them…..
