Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience — £54 completely wasted.
If you want China-shipped items, poor quality, and a return process that makes you regret your purchase, then go ahead. Otherwise, stay away.
I ordered a pair of sandals for £54, and they were easily one of the biggest wastes of money I’ve experienced. The shoes took more than two weeks to arrive, came without a proper box, and the quality was shockingly poor — they genuinely feel like they’re made of paper.
Most importantly, they didn’t do what they were advertised to do regarding my toe, which was the main reason I bought them in the first place.
When I contacted the company to request a return, I was offered either a 10% partial refund, or I could return the shoes to:
Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, Meixu Street, Yinzhou District, Ningbo
I would have to pay the return shipping myself, on top of a 15% restocking fee. By the time you add everything up, the return would cost me roughly £30, and apparently I only had 30 days to do it.
At that point, I decided it simply wasn’t worth the additional hassle and expense.
I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. This has definitely taught me a lesson: never order from a website without thoroughly checking where the products are actually coming from and what the return policy really involves.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. You’d be better off ordering from Temu

York Fashion also Tracey London. It is the same company. Anybody who has had a good experience, they've been very lucky. These products come from China at uk pricing. Shein sell the same or similar 90% cheaper. When I wanted to return my item they offered I keep the shoes and give me back 15%. Pointless as they didnt fit. Eventually after a few emails back and forth I returned the shoes expecting a full refund. Still nothing 3 months later. Fuming! Why do people think it's ok to rip others off. Shocked and appalled.

Really regret buying from the company
Really regret buying from the company. Bought a skirt for £44 which I returned at my own expense as it was no good. Weeks later there is no refund and they are completely evasive about how long the process will take, pretty much responding with exactly the same email each time that I should contact my ‘local courier’. In fact I had no idea that I was buying from China in the first place, sucked in by the spiel about ‘eco credentials’ 😔

Worst company I have ever dealt with
Worst company I have ever dealt with, item was too small, returned as large letter to China at my expense £8.15, they say they need a tracking I'd, which is not available with royal mail large letter, so I don't know where I stand , if I'm going to get refund or not ? Item was £30 minus postage cost £8.15 minus 15% restocking cost, won't be buying anything else from this company !

It is a scam
It is a scam.
The brand/website made me feel like I could contact the store custom service in the UK since they provided an UK telephone number. However, the UK number was not working (not a valid number) when I contacted them later for a delivery update.
I ordered a white dress for my daughter’s graduation and the delivery took so long, not as express delivery as they claimed. When I received the dress, it was terrible. It was no where near what they advertised on the website.
The material and workmanship were very poor. Couldn’t use it due to such bad quality.
I wanted to return and got email from their custom service to send it back to China at my expense. I sent the package back with second class postage. They refused to pay me the refund since they wanted to have a tracking number which second class postage never provides such service.

Poor quality clothing and returns policy is they offer you 10 percent to keep it or return to China at your own expense even though there is a UK address on the delivery label. Buyer beware - don’t be fooled!

Terrible material and returns process
Terrible material, long delivery and bad customer service.
This website is really a store front for a Chinese operation legally established in Belgium. The ship from China 4-5 weeks if your lucky and the returns process is you have to ship the items back to China at your expense but of course only if accepted if you contact there customer service email and get authorised to do so.
Even then they will over you 10% of the price you paid and you can keep the items . I spent £108.90 and go £10.89 credit after having to chase and fed up with the iterations. Be warned…

I was unsure about buying clothing…
I was unsure about buying clothing online because sizing can be hit or miss. Thankfully the dress fit my wife properly around the shoulders and waist. The parcel took about a week to arrive but everything came safely packed and ready to use.

If I could give no stars I would!
If I could give no stars I would. Dress advertised at £95.95, 50% off the original price. Dress arrived late, bared little resemblance to the picture on webiste, such poor quality material and and very poorly made. I ordered an XS but the dress swamped me and was more like a Large. The label was cut out inside and a black (the dress was pale pink) XS label had been sewn in in its place. It is clearly a very poor copy of a dress, I requested a refund and was told I had to pay the return fee to China which was £29, the same cost as I have now seen the dress advertised on other websites! The dress is now stuck in customs in China so I am £124.95 worse off with no dress and a lot of upset, frustration and wasted time. Please don't ever use York Fashion!!!
The review response below from York Fashion is anything but sincere and is the same email everyone who has written a negative review has received. I have sent many emails to their support email but have got nowhere other than more wasted time. The whole thing is a con!
