Shocking experience
Shocking experience. Still waiting for my item ordered in July. They tell me confusion between their shippers to their courier. Then decide to tell me they tried to deliver to me, complete fabrication. They won't refund. Give me the same excuses and still waiting for an item that I forgotten what it looks like. Glitzy website / shocking reality! Yes, I am still waiting. I very rarely do reviews and especially not negative ones, I am completely at a loss with this one!

They are total scammers
They are total scammers, both shirts i received did not match the website pictures, they are a cheap rip off of what is advertised, they were not the same material as advertised, the same neckline or sleeves or buttons. I would never of ordered the items that I received. They will not accept liability and say sometimes photos can make it look different, what a load of bull**** They want me to cover the cost of return and loose 15% handling charge. This is now being taken to the next level with my card handler who have all the pictures as legally they should refund and cover the cost of collection as the goods were not as ordered. This is a total scam and they should be stopped as soon as possible.

Again I would give no stars . I would suggest you avoid this company. No good telling you to email their support either, they do nothing. Error on their part with measurements, dress significantly shorter than described, still had to pay to send back. In customs 49 days, meanwhile a close relative is now 71.60 down for the dresses and 27.00 postage as well. Shocking company.

Chinese shit-show all over again. I keep falling for the same scam. Men’s shoes they sent from Belgium, took over 2-3 weeks to arrive and didn’t look like the pictures at all, they had a women’s heel.
The usual story, no warehouse in Europe, so item needs to be sent back to Asia, max refund of 6% or similar, more than likely I will be asked to cough up additional customs release fee etc. The items are going straight to the charity shop.
I need to remind myself: look on Trustpilot first before you see your hard earned cash go up in smoke….

After a lot of online searching I was really fortunate to find the dress I love available at York Fashion. The items are very competitively priced and it was really straightforward and easy to order. Fraudulent company.
Unfortunately I have been duped as many have been by this fraudulent company.
I ordered two items - one was awful in quality & size description, the other wasn’t even in the packaging & has never arrived.
Just after ordering I was asked to give a positive review to get 50% off my order which showed as a red flag for me. I tried to cancel the order with them & with my bank but had no luck with either.
My returned items arrived has now not been released by Chinese customs.
I had no inclination that at the ordering stage I was dealing with a Chinese company.
AVOID at all costs.

This company is a scam based in China.
I ordered two different sizes of “genuine leather” sandals. I recieved the order after 2 and half weeks of waiting. They sent me two pairs of inferior pvc sandals that were the same size. I asked them for a refund and was put through with a bot called Melissa. They initially offered me a 10% refund and to keep the sandals. I found that very insulting, since I spent a lot of money and said no. They then sent me a return label, if I wanted to send the sandals back I would have had to pay for shipping. I’ve looked at other reviews and there’s no guarantee that they’ll even accept the returned items nor refund you. I paid by debit card and informed my bank that I had recieved goods that weren’t as described. Fortunately, I was able to get my money back.

⭐ Very disappointing experience – beware of the red flags
The dresses I received were extremely poor quality and made from cheap polyester, nothing like what I expected from the website.
The company promises a refund if items are returned, so I followed their instructions and returned the dresses. However, the company then refused to clear the returned items through customs, leaving me without my refund. Thank god my bank has stepped in and I now have a full refund.
What concerns me most is the company’s setup: the business presents itself as being based in London, gives a Belgian company address, yet returns are required to be sent all the way to China. For me, that is a major red flag.
I would strongly recommend doing your research before ordering. The quality, returns process and customer service have left me extremely disappointed, and I would not order from this company again.
Update to your reply!
No point emailing your customer service team as the refused to help full stop period! Sent multiple emails to receive your standard obligatory reply!

Very disappointed in products which…
Very disappointed in products which arrived after a few weeks from China. The sandals ordered were very poor quality, the leather pair had a very strong smell of chemicals. Returns, (my error for not reading before ordering), had to be sent back to China at high cost to customer. I have accepted my loss, certainly won’t use this company again. Based in London, company address Belgium, returns to China - all a red flag!
