I recently ordered some paint, brushes, and a watercolour pad from Bromley's, and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. My latest delivery from Ken Bromley’s has been despatched as usual with the care and attention to detail I have come to expect from such a wonderfully organised company. One particular thing I noticed though was the method of packing, I had bought 5 Ampersand boards 16x20 so quite a large and heavy package. The packing was completed by ‘Blessing’ and the thing that was most notable for me was that the two outside boards were facing inwards, and a good thing they were. The package was delivered by the Royal Mail and the damage to the package was such that I fully expected the boards to be in an unusable condition.
As the packing was completed so well and care was taken in the way the boards were facing, the painting surface was undamaged and I thank Blessing for that.
I am once again grateful for being a customer of Ken Bromley.

My paints arrived so very quickly and safely packed...recycled packaging used, excellent.
Paints arrived literally just as I was needing the colours to glaze my flower painting. Brush was in my hand as the paints arrived. Great timing or what!

Placed my first order with Bromleys Art Supplies in the evening of the 7th September. Ordering was easy and the online store has a good range of art supplies at competitive prices. My order was delivered on 10th September, arriving in a post-box packet, well packaged and with a catalogue. The invoice had a packing i.d note from the packer. Small items were packed in reused boxes, which is a good way of reusing packaging and saves landfill. All items were correct and in perfect condition. I will purchase again from this store.

I love this firm. So reliable & orders arrive pretty quickly. There are always offers on & they have a wide choice of all things to do with doing Art. They even have a reduced postage if you only need a couple of light items. Prices are quite keen as well even when not in a sale.

I have ordered 4 times from Bromley’s.
They have an excellent range of art supplies and competitive prives.
All my orders have been delivered by Royal Mail 24 hr delivery and are extremely well packed within a robust box.
They also do a free paper brochure on request which is great for browsing offline.
Good customer service by phone if needed, and loyalty points towards next purchase. I now ask my family for a gift voucher from Bromley’s for birthdays and Christmas.
I’m also happy that Bromley’s is a UK owned and based family firm, not a huge conglomerate.

Just spent in excess of £100. Called about delivery - I was assigned blame straight away and spoken too in a condescending manner - absolutely no need for customer service to be rude.

The delivery was very quick by DPD, although they left it on the doorstep & didn't knock or ring the bell. This is no fault of Bromley's.
