Made with Aura there was a money off offer but this was not so important
The content of plan was more important and I found one that met my requirements
The plan was setup and carried out quickly with no stress

When looking for plan, l wasn't harased into buying from this company, had time to think about it ,happy with plan details, and can pay over 2 yrs interest free If needed, everything done online, only small questions to answer at the beginning. Would recommend, thank you.

My experience planning my pre-paid funeral was very positive.
I found the experience planning my funeral plan very positive. The young man who helped me very kind, there was no hard sell like some other companies.

An important last decision.
The person I spoke to was very calm, informative and acted in a very sensitive way. There was no hard sell. I had already made up my mind and she made me realise that it was the right decision.

Aura - a no fuss funeral olan
I have no previous experience of Aura, or any other direct cremation service, but found it to be a very positive experience. Very easy to arrange my funeral with no hassle or unnecessary calls or emails. I am pleased with the company so far and reasonably confident my wishes will be carried out when my time comes.

Every one would be a bit apprehensive…
Every one would be a bit apprehensive when calling for information on funeral plans. James Hynson,(adviser) put me at ease straight away. He went through every plan detail to make sure I was sure of which plan I wanted to take. Very professional in every way. I felt at ease talking to him and now I can relax knowing my family wont have a worry when I pass away. Thankyou again James
