Lovely people to talk with. Very clear in procedures. No pressure applied to buy product. All in all I studied a few companies that could look after me when my time comes and found Aura to be the most sincere in their quest to look after me and my family - and the least driven by financial profit.

Now reached the age where continuous TV ads., and cold call letters through our mailbox led to my wife and I looking for a pre-paid funeral plan.
Research, research, research is recommended because the provider who you think is the right one can turn out to be quite the opposite. After making contact with the top recommended providers, and a dollop of Martin Lewis along the way, we decided upon Aura; best first contact by far. The whole package, its competitiveness and the personal touch provided by our contact Jimmy, made a not so easy purchase feel very normal and reassuring. Process was informative and customer facing throughout which I can thoroughly recommend.
Due diligence all the way has delivered a decision that we are more than confident with but at the same time we hope thatit’s a long time before we invoke the plan arrangements!

Arranging a cremation is stressful and distressing. Aura made the arrangements efficiently. The staff were considerate. Reason for four stars was the repeated requests for feedback in the form of a review. Experiencing grief at the loss of a loved one is distressing enough without being badgered to give a review hence the time gap in giving this review.

Very friendly customer service once contacted and efficient follow up with paper work. Friendly staff and ease of contact.

The company were very efficient and pleasant to deal with, with no pressure selling and making it easy to take up the opportunity of a short-term reduction in. The gentleman I spoke with as my internet was down was very helpful and considerate, ensuring that I had someone available if wished to make a potentially emotionally charged decision - I felt my dog's presence was enough, which turned out to be a shared interest.

Made initial enquiry for a direct cremation plan and received the choice of available plans initially via email. Called to ask some further questions and spoke with Jimmy who was helpful and explained everything I needed to know, with compassion and empathy. There was no hard sell I was given time to consider my choices and a further call was scheduled where I selected the plan of my choice. Very competitive plan prices and excellent service, first class customer care highly recommended.

Having looked at several plans by other companies i came back to Aura as everything i read in their brochure sounded so sincere. I phoned Aura and spoke to a lovely lady called Debs. She was very helpful and explained everything about their plans. I had also made a list of questions to clarify some items. Debs answered all my queries and I decided on the plan I wanted, and so I signed up for that plan. Aura are very professional and extremely helpful, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

First i spoke to a lovely man jimmy and went through everything and what to expect and the never kept ringing me the left me time to make my descisson and then a lovely lady called tracy who was absolutely brilliant and kept me informed the whole way through the process couldnt ask for anything more i applaud you will deffo be using them again

I have thought long and hard about my final demise but as they say it is a decision up to the person to have there wishes honoured I look as several company’s but they didn’t exactly do what I wished for then I discovered aura how refreshing how simple how reasonable when I phoned and spoke to a very nice and informative man I decided straight away this company gives me all I want without dangling discounts it was about me so I desired yes let’s do it and after a great conversation I paid and then I felt that’s it I’ve done it but with security and a family run business I just felt so pleased and happy another thing less to worry about I have my personal choice where I want to spend eternity and a feeling of peace I experienced thank you .

From my first enquiry I was very impressed with the professionalism of staff I spoke to and emails sent. The information I received by post was impressive. I liked the fact I could pay monthly over two years without any interest added.

After much research, my plan is now in place.
