Very efficient delivery service, came well within the time slot given to me. The delivery driver, Derek, was very polite and courteous, and put the packages where I asked him to. It is very refreshing to have such lovely customer service in a time when a lot of people are too busy to give you the time of day. Well done,

Terror to build, worth the cheap price
The ottoman bed itself is fine once built, however the instructions are genuinely the worst flat pack instructions ever! There is a video to help on youtube which is good because would’ve been impossible without. Nothing is labelled, bolts are labelled by mm so you have to measure yourselves, no spare parts so don’t lose any!!! Overall: 7/10 bed for the price well worth it, however 1/10 to build (you will cry) also said next day delivery on Friday and received it the Tuesday, I get the weekend don’t get me wrong but… I booked Monday off work to be in for it 🥲

I placed a order for a table and 2…
I placed a order for a table and 2 chairs,I was advised delivery would be Monday 20th July ,then I was advised it would be Tuesday 21st July,driver turned up at 1745 with I box (table) ,so where are the chairs,the young lady was apologetic and said although it clearly states 2 boxes the remainder might arrive on Wednesday, not her fault I know,so it has been a really bad experience and to cap it all they sent me a E Mail stating I would get a discount on my next order so how about a discount reimbursement on this order .
I wish to expand on my experience with this furniture.
Birlea have been in touch with me and stated that I had only ordered the table,I ordered it through RANGE MARKETPLACE on the website it clearly states and I quote SET not just the table,I placed the order through RANGE MARKETPLACE but they have not been in the slightest helpful in resolving the issue,unlike the suppliers of the furniture,at least they had the decency to contact me and try and help for which I am grateful.
So BIRLEA this situation is not of your making and the table looks so good ,all I need now is some chairs.

Fabulous. The delivery was a little late, how've they kept me updated on the tracker. The delivery chap was a delight. He very kindly carried the bed up the stairs for me. So incredibly thoughtful and kind.
Bed is superbly made. Solid and everything I had hoped for. Again, as I wasn't able to take delivery until the school holidays started, they were very understanding and moved the date till I was available. Top notch service. Without doubt, I shall buy from them again.

A 20 years old bedstead
I bought the bed about 20 years ago. Due to house renovation we had to disassemble the bed and I had no idea how to unscrew the joints. I wrote to Birlea with little hope of a response, but to my pleasant surprise I got the full instructions from them in no time. You hardly see this kind of customer service these days. Highly commendable.

Non Existent Customer Service
Took a long time for delivery, is virtually impossible to put together. The headboard came away from the base within a year (despite being installed correctly and being against a wall) and Customer Service is non-existent.
Do not buy!
