Horrible assembling experience
The product quality is fair and matches the price point, but the assembly process is a real hassle. Who came up with the idea that an M12.8 spanner fits M8 nuts? Have you actually tested this? I didn't have the correct tools at home and had to go buy a spanner, which delayed my assembly plans. Additionally, there is an overuse of cheap foam packaging. Static pieces flew everywhere inside my house and out into the garden, making it incredibly hard to clean up. Horrible assembling experience.

Excellent firm. Highly recommended
I ordered sideboard from The Range with free delivery. Birlea was the supplier. Birlea kept me informed of the progress of my purchase at every stage by email and text. Their tracking tool was very accurate with an approximate time of delivery and where the van was. The delivery driver Kim was a delightful, happy lady, who carried my purchase to my chosen location. I would highly recommend this company and would like to thank Kim for her help. The quality of my purchase is excellent with clear instructions on how to erect it.

Update: Despite the error being as much Debenhams fault as Birlea, Birlea stepped up and corrected the error.

TV stand
Derek saw me walking back from dropping the kids off to the school bus, and he said, are you expecting a delivery? I stood thinking. To be honest I couldn't remember. The guys done a great job
The guys done a great job, carrying the boxed furniture upstairs and removing the packaging to then place the furniture in the correct place when asked and screwed the handles on all the units. They were very polite and friendly so I would definitely recommend.

The 6 drawer chest is an absolute nightmare piece of furniture. Never in my life have i ever known a piece of flat pack furniture take so long and be so complicated to put together. The item was sent back. Absolutely shocking.

This item was advertised as next day delivery. The supplier dispatched on the day of order however we received delivery on the 4th day. We only purchased this product because we needed next day delivery

No spare parts for Santos 4' 6" double beds.
Your AI system seems to reject my judgement/review by askkng repeatedly for details I have already provided several times. It then claims my "ticket" (not complaint I note) will not be recorded as I have failed to provide info I have already given you.
