Amazing bed
Perfect communication, polite helpful delivery driver who called 1 hour before delivery as I had requested. The instructions for assembling the bed were simple and easy to understand, every thing was packaged well so no damages. And my grandson loves his new bed

Cuts weren’t aligned so the panels…
Cuts weren’t aligned so the panels inside the cupboard did not fit properly when putting it together and couldn’t put the top on so sending back. Doesn’t feel very sturdy when putting it together. Very disappointing for the price paid.

I purchased a Rio pine bed through Mattress Next day (no issues with them)
Very disappointed with it. Cheap,poor quality, difficult to assemble. Wouldn't buy again. Don't expect it to last long

Delivery drive very polite and friendly.
Tracking map not accurate…showed the driver to be in Derby when he was actually around the corner from my house in Warrington Cheshire.
The estimated time given via text was accurate.
