Ordered for my wife’s birthday/ anniversary Friday 31 July arrived all roses dying along with other flowers packed with no water retaining method for stems.
Contacted company no reply after two emails at the end of day 3/8/26 no customer service just take your money and run.
Will not use this company again after this you get better flowers from a service station or lldl 1/3 of price.

Ordered flowers online on 1st, paid for next day delivery, website, confirmation email everything said 2nd August would be delivered. I paid extra for this.

Nothing arrived, emailed to ask where they were and received this response

"Please note that the selected delivery date is a guide and not a guarantee. 

Deliveries will be made within 1-2 working days of the selected delivery date.

However, if your order is placed after 5 pm which is our cut-off time for next-day delivery, Monday to Friday, it will be dispatched the following working day for delivery the day after".

They should not be allowed to advertise a service they dont provide let alone charge extra. The flowers havent arrived and I have not been told when they will or offered a refund.

Wish id spent that bit more and used a company who deliver when they say they will.

Wont give my honest review .until i get a reply from my last 3 complaints .if its resolved then i will accept what ever they say .if resolved and i will give my honest review

This company doesn’t even deserve one star but I had to put something to write the review.

Please DO NOT order from bouquets by post.

10 days later and my order has still not arrived!
I have tried calling … no answer have left voice messages … no answer have sent emails … no answer

Absolutely disgusting service I am now trying to claim my money back from the bank

My sister ordered a bouquet for my birthday and paid extra for it to arrive on my birthday. It has been delayed 2 days and still nothing arrived. They didn't reply to help or refund her. I still don't have my birthday bouquet . Such a disappointment . I will be reporting this for action fraud and deceiving customers

I ordered a bouquet on the 31st of July, and they wrote that it’d arrive in the 1st of August. Today is the end of 2nd of August yet no flowers received. I wanted the flowers for a very special occasion and needed them on time. I even contacted them and they only replied when I complained on Google, they asked what’s wrong and still didn’t reply. I didn’t get neither a reply nor a refund not even my order!

Fantastic flowers every time I send flowers through bouquet by post everyone is so happy with the bouquet and say how fantastic they are . The prices are so good and its definitely value for money 😊

Very disappointed with this bouquet.

The stems were not wrapped, making it look cheap and unfinished. The yellow lilies shown on the website were replaced with white lilies, and the lily pollen had fallen everywhere, making the bouquet look messy.

I contacted Customer Service to request a refund, but after three days I still haven’t received a reply.

Friend didn't receive flowers refused refund I contacted bank who refunded they've now went to my bank claiming I received order and bank have took money back.

Ordered one thing gave a completely different bouquet. Refused to give refund as the flowers they gave are in ‘acceptable condition’ like what do you mean I didn’t even ordered those. Even the ballon design was different. Never picks up calls and all the reviews on their website are good as they only show the good ones under ‘certified reviews’. Flowers were mouldy and died the day after. Which I could upload pictures here.

Terrible company with zero customer service skills. Ordered last week and all flowers arrived dead, had to bin the next day because there was nothing left of them. Wouldn’t order from here again
