Flowers have all died in a couple of days, i have had no apology and it seems as if many people share the same experience

If a zero, I would give them that as a rating! Having ordered a bouquet from this company, not delivered to correct address. Once I saw the R. Mail delivery photo, I contacted the company to tell them not delivered to my daughter's home. I have had no reply! Cannot reach them on the telephone as "Customer service busy" after 6 calls, left a message for call back, nothing, First and last time purchasing from this company. I will contact my bank to get my money back if they don't respond by tomorrow to me

A bouquet was ordered as a 50th Anniversary gift.
The bouquet arrived a day late.
Unfortunately it was largely dead.
Yellowing stalks, yellowing leaves and flowers with the petals dropping off.
One only had two petals still clinging on.
The company were contacted by email ( it's simply impossible to call them, despite having a number to call on the delivery packaging)
After a month and despite having photos of the dead and dying bunch these scammers refused point blank to make a refund claiming that there was nothing wrong with the delivery.
Naturally I shall be contacting my card company and claiming a refund from them.
Buyer beware.

Easy website to navigate. Clear ordering advise. Wonderful array of gifts to go with such a choice of flower bouquets. Arranged delivery date and time and all went well.
Shall not hesitate to use them again shortly.

Have ordered at least 6 bouquets from this company and last one I received was half dead next day. I sent one to friend 13th august and she said half had died next day. Complained to company and they sent apologies and asked if I'd be happy with replacement. My friend hasn't received any replacement. Will not use them again.

I ordered flowers from this company and I received the small bunch instead of the big bunch that I paid for sent email s to them and they said that I had received the correct flowers I was not happy with them so I wrote a review on their own website and they didn't even post it all there reviews are positive and 5 ⭐ there a joke keep away from them

I was organising a birthday celebration for my seven year old grandson. I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a brightly coloured birthday balloon to arrive on the day of the party.
Instead l had no delivery on the designated day. The flowers and the wrong balloon arrived a day later. The balloon that was delivered was black with gold patterns. The balloon l had ordered had been white with primary coloured stars. I was unable to have flowers on the day of the party and the balloon when it did arrive, was unsuitable a little boy.
I contacted the company about this situation but never received a response. I will not be ordering from them in the future. Very disappointed and spoilt my birthday preparations.

Avoid.
Delivered a day late to the wrong door. Having missed the birthday, no formal acknowledgement, not even an apology. No responses to emails on the day these were supposed to arrived. Cannot reach anyone on the phone line when you manage to get the correct contact details.
Thoroughly let down and no ownership of the issue taken by the business nor even an offer of goodwill (a formal recognition and a formal apology would have sufficed).
Cheap for a reason. I'd advise spend a few quid more with a reliable firm. Although the money isn't the issue, the fact the flowers did not arrive on the occasion they were meant for and then delivered to a wrong door is not acceptable, compounded by the lack of ownership or apology.
Pretty poor.

Ordered on a Wednesday. My friends got Saturday as instructed. They were beautiful, fresh and well received.

Will always use bouquets by posts.

Ordered a pink bouquet and came mostly white looked nothing like what I ordered. Emailed and told looks like the right bouquet when totally different looks more like a bunch from Asda not happy and won’t be using again

No flowers arrived and they refused a refund "as is included in their terms and condtions".

Don't buy from here you won't get them.

They show you something else and then send you something else on website. They’ve got five star reviews on their website but it’s fake reviews on their websites they not trustworthy.

The flowers were excellent but the card I also purchased for £4.99 I was so disappointed the peronalisation was fine but the card was like paper and also arrived damp from the flowers such shame but live and learn never buy a card again .... true rating would be flower 5* and card struggling to get to 1*

Such a lovely selection and so easy to order

Following my complaint about the flowers received ,Bouquets By Post duly sent a replacement bqt. However after 3 days the roses ( having been conditioned correctly - I am a qualified florist ) have deteriorated badly. I am not impressed and would suggest that Bouquet by Post complain to their suppliers . They are doing themselves no favours by sending out poor quality flowers. I cannot recommend them .

Don’t even deserve one star. Ordered these flowers on the Wednesday to arrive on the Saturday, but off course they didn’t , but they were despatched on the Friday, arrived on the Monday, by Wednesday they were all wilted. The roses that were in were dead on arrival.

Very disappointed with this delivery, I purchased the same brunch for my mums birthday in June and they were beautiful and lasted ages. I ordered the same for mum and dad's anniversary on Wednesday and when we spoke on the phone Thursday lunchtime she said they're already dying and sent me photos. Such a shame as the service offered was great 😔
