Great easy website,lots of beautiful flowers to choose.Ordered for my friends birthday and she was very happy with her flowers.

Atrocious lack of communication. Monday delivery appeared on Wednesday. Very poor service all round. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! The consistent bad reviews say it all.

After paying for flowers to be delivered with 24hr Priority delivery and a email stating delivery date, these flowers were not even delivered even within their 2 day 48hr normal delivery time, without Priority delivery. They have gone to a completely different address as the recipient has now left the delivery address. Terrible customer service with just an automated reply to my emails. PLEASE DONT order from them as you may as well throw your money in the bin.

Absolutely disgusting place never order again. Put an order in, requested a delivery date, didn't get delivery just stuck in Royal mail post office in this heat overnight and for a whole day before being delivered the day after the requested time. Contacted customer service..done nothing but spill policy rubbish at me..please do not use this place

Ordered orange burst bouquet.
Really disappointed, lily’s were damaged on arrival.
No oasis
No flower food
So I changed the water every other day
Roses lasted 4 days
Gerberas started wilting on day 5
When I complained the reply was I should have complained within 3 days, seriously do you only expect your flowers to last 3 days?!
Will not be using again. I buy flowers every other week

Didn’t even deliver the flowers to my grandma on her birthday took the money from my account but didn’t deliver which is really embarrassing when you tell your grandma to look out for a special parcel today

I was very disappointed with my experience.

I placed my order well in advance, paid in full, and selected a specific delivery date for a special occasion. There was only one delivery option available, costing £4.99, so I reasonably expected the flowers to arrive on the date I had chosen.

On the day of the event, I received a message informing me that my flowers would instead be delivered the following day. I contacted customer service by email, and their response was that they cannot guarantee the delivery date.

If the delivery date cannot be guaranteed, customers should be clearly informed before placing an order, especially when they are asked to select a delivery date and pay a delivery fee. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering flowers for a special occasion.

I’ve used several other flower delivery companies over the years and have never experienced this issue. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again or recommend it to anyone who needs flowers delivered for a specific date.
I chose this company because it was prominently advertised on Google, and I expected a reliable service. Unfortunately, my experience did not match those expectations.

Well I ordered the first time and my parcel got delivered to the person twice at the wrong time when their work place was still shut. The person went to collect them from the post office and that was shut. I had to order another set and they got them today, the flowers were alright

I had enjoyed a lovely day and was unsure of how to say thank you. Decided , having used you before, flowers were a good option. Ordered Sunday evening and delivered late Monday afternoon. Very pleased with flowers and service. Thank you

Roses arrived on time but within two days they have all wilted and frankly look crap. Contacted customer services via email but have had no response.

These were for my wife for our Wedding Announcement, will never use them again.

I placed 2 orders on Friday 31 both within 5 minutes of each other, the calendar asked me to choose a delivery date and the next day Saturday the 1st Aug was available and I choose this day for both and was happy has I had missed the birthday and this meant the flowers would only be a day late. If they can’t commit to the available dates that allow you to pick them then don’t give them as an option! I presumed it’s to entice you to purchase the flowers when thinking they will be there on the date you chose but when you have paid and they don’t arrive on the chosen day it’s easy to blame the post and they brush it off as out of their control, where if you knew they would take 4 days you wouldn’t have purchased them!?. That’s exactly what happened to me and to make matters worse the first order arrived 3 days late and the second order that was made 5 mins later to same address took a further 2 days making it 6 days late! I am really not happy when I pay £4.99 for priority tracking with supposed free delivery on each order. Further more I”the reason why there were 2 orders done one after the other wasn’t through choice, I was forced to do separate orders because their system allows you to choose 2 orders going to the same address however it won’t allow you to do a different message card for the second order! But they were for different people!? I tried to contact them by telephone but they never answer and to further anger me and make the situation worse i decided to send a message of complaint via a link in one of thrir emails I received asking for feedback so I clicked on the link and it took me without me noticing to a different email address, I angrily typed my grievance only to get the unsent email back the next morning informing the linked email address page it sent me to does not exist! I didn’t realise I could be so stressed from sending two friends some flowers. I have now attempted to change the email. Don’t use!!

Flowers were nice but unfortunately arrived a day too late!for that reason will never order from you again. Sending flowers to someone on their special day for the flowers to arrive after the event is completely unacceptable!
