Cheap tiny bouquet, not worth more than £3.99 at best.

Everything was so easy, there is a card for all occasions and the delivery service was fast. Our friends loved it all. Thank you.

The flowers were absolutely beautiful my friend was really happy with them . It was a special occasion so I ordered. A Congratulations Balloon , I was so disappointed when the balloon was missing from delivery

I ordered bouquet from this company, I chosen Larger ones but it doesn’t seem to be Large, It was delivered late from the date of the event, no delivery updates , I chosen Red roses and pink lilies but in the box was red roses and yellow two flowers unhealthy lilies. I was not happy with their service and was not able to get refund

Ordered in March for delivery 15th July (sons teacher leaving) . Never arrived until day after. Lack of communication. No one EVER answers the phone. Delivery is NOT free. Will NEVER order from here again!!!

Bought a large bouquet with 24 hour premium postage it took 4 days, not on the side of the delivery service but on the company not getting them to the post office until yesterday. The bouquet didn't look like the picture, it was disappointingly small and had been left in full sunshine when delivered so rather wilted too. The company says you can return but unopened, you cannot see them until you open them, therefore you cannot return them.

2nd time ordering and both times so pleased with my orders
Have ordered flowers by post many times before and been disappointed with the poor quality. However bouquet by post have been excellent the quality of flowers are brilliant and delivery has been on time

I bought a flower bouquet for my girlfriend’s graduation today.

As I requested it to be delivered today, they just sent it right after her graduation at 6pm, How ridiculous!

I ordered these flowers as a surprise gift for my mum and they arrived in a terrible condition. Many of the flowers were already dead and looked nothing like what I expected.

I contacted customer services and sent photos as requested. I was initially told that, once they received the pictures, they would send a replacement bouquet. However, after providing everything they asked for, I received another email claiming there was nothing wrong with the flowers and refusing to replace them.

The most disappointing part wasn’t just the poor quality of the flowers it was the inconsistent customer service. Promising a replacement and then going back on that promise is unacceptable.

I won’t be ordering from this company again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking to send flowers for a special occasion. A very disappointing experience from start to finish.

I have now ordered 3 bouquets. I have been delighted with the quality of the flowers and the value for money. The bouquets are advertised as being half price and the flowers certainly rate more highly than the cost that I paid-the bouquets justify the full price. Delivery has been extremely prompt and efficient. I shall definitely continue to order. A very impressed customer.

I was very disappointed with the flowers for my daughter in Law’s birthday they were dreadful nothing like the picture I will never order from them again will choose a different company absolutely Rubbish

Another easy transaction buying flowers for a friend. They arrived on time and the recipient was over the moon with them. Wouldn't use anywhere else now when I want to send flowers.

The bouquet “Strawberry Pink” that was delivered, looked nothing like the picture on the website! I ordered a large size. What arrived was a bouquet of white flowers with 6 pink flowers in a row.

I had emailed “Bouquets by Post” when I ordered the flowers, realising that I had ordered on a Sunday for Monday delivery. As my daughter in law’s 30th birthday was on the Tuesday, I said that would be fine for the delivery day. I even put in the email that I hoped there would be lots of pink. I got a lovely response.

I am embarrassed that the bouquet that arrived is now representative of my 30th birthday love. I won’t be ordering flowers from here again. Very disappointed
