Excellent value and beautiful flowers. I took the option of a bespoke card to be delivered at the same time to, which was really appreciated!

Have used a couple of times now and both times I've been really pleased with the delivery and the flowers.

Great flowers- great delivery and tracked for effective delivery. Used this company a few weeks ago and using them now and will use them again in future. Lovely choice of flowers that last. Great selection of cards you can personalise. Good choice for delivery dates. Will recommend.

Ordered flowers on 24th June for delivery 25th as stated 24hr next day delivery. Long story short, flowers arrived on 29th and they weren't the ones ordered. No reply to e mail or to telephone to address these issues or explain their side of the story. Weird way to run a business. Quite unprofessional really. Noticing your reviews, I notice that you have just as many 1 star ones as 5 star ones roughly with hardly any in between. I don't think it would take much effort to turn this around but it seems from some of the comments in the reviews that you are happy to continue in this vein and that's good enough for you? You could and should be so much better. We definitely won't be using Bouquets By Post again.

They never delivered the flowers meant for my brother who lost his son. No explanation just a refund.

I bought a bouquet of flowers and chocolates for my daughter’s weddings anniversary. They were delivered on time and she was delighted with them.
I would recommend this website and will most certainly use them again.

Really disappointed... Ordered flowers for a friend's birthday.. They arrived 2 days late with no update, no response to my emails or voicemails, no answer on phone either. The when they have arrived the Lillie's, which are her favourite, are snapped and half dead, the roses look wilted and I'm genuinely fuming. This was the friends first birthday without her son and we tried to do something nice and unfortunately you spoilt it. Also looks like you hand pick your reviews as couldn't find anywhere directly on site to do a review.

Very disappointing flowers - to the point of embarrassing! I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers, one for each of my daughters. They both arrived in an awful condition. The roses were beyond their sell by date, the lillies were broken. In fact although I have given 2 stars, it represents 1 star per bouquet as I couldn't give zero stars.
I contacted Customer Service, sent photos as requested, only to be told they felt the bouquets were of an acceptable quality.
After several emails, they have offered 20% refund. This does not make up for the incredibly poor standard of their bouquets. In fact I will go as far to say that their photos are a misinterpretation of their goods.
Needless to say, I'll never use them again!
