Beautiful flowers delivered on time wonderful service will recommend to friends and family and will order again

The company emailed me on Friday the 19th of June stating my order was ready for dispatch. I wanted them delivered on the 22nd. I asked how they can be ready on a Friday for delivery 4 days later. No response. Some of the roses were already going brown on arrival.
Ive written a review on their website with images. No response. Not good enough.

Ordered Bouquet of flowers as my friends mum had passed away, delivery date for 17th June, as yet not received, have tried to call several times and emailed, no response. Terrible customer service!! Won't use again!!

Quick and easy to order. I needed next day delivery for an anniversary and pleased that delivery date was accepted for delivery the next day. What it didn't say was delivery can be any date around the date selected. I asked for a refund as it still wasn't delivered two days after the date needed and received an abrupt email basically say tough luck. Won't be using these again. Still not been delivered.

Brought my wife a bouquets of flowers and a small balloon, choose a date which was our anniversary for them to arrive. The day arrived and nothing showed. I emailed and got no answer, they arrived a day late and left in the bin whilst we was at work. It they had arrived on time my wife had been home all day so they wouldn’t have ended up with Royal Mail throwing them in the bin the next day! Very disappointing. Flowers were half dead and barely any buds. Won’t use again. At least the balloon arrived ok with it.

Excellent flowers perfect on the purse... Wonderful service all the way through the letter box or to the door..

Despite my mis-typing the delivery postcode and the flowers going to Poole, Coventry and Gatwick parcel Force before being delivered to the correct address, I am thrilled that they were not only still alive, but actually gorgeous!

I would give -1 id i could. Im very dissapounted and annoyed with this florist. DONT BOTHER ORDERING!!!
I made the purchase 13th june for them to be delivered to my sons nanna to cheer her up and show aporeciation. She waited in on the 16th june all day for them to not turn up. DONT bother contacting them as i have made several calls;just to be met by voicemail, left messages,sent emails and no reply. Its showing that they havent even sent them and its 18th. Not happy aa i paid premium delivery too. Now looking into getting a refund which will be fun as on the website i cant find anywhere to request a refund. Just AVOID AVOID.

** Update**

Now they have contacted me tried to tell me i didnt set a date when i ordered and paid. Hmmm i did, because it shows was expected tueseday. So sent screenshots of the proof, well now they making the bouquet and is being sent 24 hour tracking!!!

I ordered flowers in advance for my friends birthday. They arrived on time and were absolutely beautiful. I ordered the lemon and white bouquet and was also given a time slot. I passed this onto my friend so she wasn’t waiting in all day. My experience using this Company has been positive and I would recommend them for your flowers

All good from an ordering point of view. I hope the flowers are delivered on time and are good quality

BAD. - I ordered a bunch of flowers for a bereavement which we couldn’t find/ didn’t receive. I’ve made 4 phone calls, left 4 voice messages, emailed 3 times and rang them umpteen times. And todate have had no contact whatsoever. That was over the last 5 days. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Would never use them again. BEWARE if you should encounter problems!

Flowers died in two days

Easy to order. Delivered on time. The recipient was very pleased with the Pink Bouquet, lovely flowers in good condition and wrapped very nicely. Will use this company again 😊

This was the third order I had made, and unfortunately the bouquet was definitely not up to standard, I have contacted them on three different occasions but as to date have had no response whatsoever. My first email to them was on the 3rd June 2026.

I ordered two bouquets/gifts. Selected the delivery dates and both arrive the day after what was selected. The first I let go, although ruining the anniversary, because it was a Monday and Sunday dispatch is a nightmare at times, but for the Tueday delivery to be the Wednesday is actually ridiculous.

If you need them there for a specific day, skip this business, once they arrive I'll come back and say if they were worth the wait.

On the plus side flowers arrived on time.
Condition was not great had 3 broken unopened buds, had to dead head 3 flowers 3 others were showed signs of being dry due to the smallest bag of water I have seen sent with flowers which BTW had no water in it (may have been courier handling), seller needs to review dispatch process especially regarding sending with enough water.
I have taken pics of dried out flowers but unable to load up here. Suppose you get what you pay for as they were cheap.

Both bouquets,didn't look like picture on website.looked beautiful in pictures, could only recognize them in pictures. Very very dissatisfied.first time I've used your site,because how beautiful they looked in pictures.wish I was saying something positive,nothing to say.

Have now ordered several bouquets from this company and not been disappointed. Beautiful flowers delivered promptly, hopefully will use for all future requirements

Late delivery I placed order under the assumption it would be delivered for 12th and received 13th unsure why this option is available when company is not meeting what is advertised! Wish I read the reviews but needed presentable bouquet in the end had to purchase elsewhere costing me more
