The delivery was extremely quick and the value for money is amazing. I will 100% be using this company again!

After several beautiful bunches of flowers delivered over the years the latest one was really disappointing.
A few flowers thrown together.
I sent them as a thank you to a friend and I’m embarrassed.

Ordered 2 bouquets for delivery on 8th June for friends birthdays they didn’t arrive so I sent an email to find out why and haven’t had a response. Just plain bad manners. Eventually delivered on 9th, the day after their birthdays. The only thing I have heard is an email asking for a review

They were delivered on time and really well worth the price loved them

Hi, this is about the second time I’ve used this Service the first time was when I was in Australia and the flowers arrived when they were supposed to and niece was very happy with them. I’m now in England and I’m sending these to a cousin as a thank you for her generous hospitality and I know she’ll be over the moon when she receives them. Quick and easy to use, reasonable prices and good choice. I've only just ordered them so can't say anything about the flowers themselves or the delivery, but so far so good

I have ordered from here several times now and have always had a good experience. My sister did get hers a day early but that wasn't a problem. My recipients have all been very happy with the flowers they received

Awful customer service. I ordered for next daily told my in laws there is something in the post but there was a family crisis they wouldn't be there.
This was 10 mins after the order made and I knew ilonce dispatched it could not be changed. I wanted it to go to my brother in laws.
I tried calling customer service 6 times no one answered and I left a message and I emailed. Someone emailed at up saying too late they been dispatched.

Waste of money as now they will be sat on their door step in the rain.

I emailed to ask how I make a complaint and no one replied.

Don't use this service absolutely dreadful

Terrible dont waste your money .look nothing like advertised .flowers from the petrol station are better quality and cost less .please dont wait your money will be disappointed

Speedy service and lovely flowers at a fair price

I was sent a different bouquet than I ordered. It was a completely different colour. When I contacted them, they told me that they reserve the right to send alternative bouquets. What is the point in giving customers a choice if they are just going to send out whatever they want?

Excellent service, my sister was really happy with her birthday flowers. Arrived on time . Can't fault it at all .

Do not order off this company, I paid for a bouquet and paid for 24 hour tracking it has still not been delivered will be 2 days late now for a friend going into hospital, they do not answer emails, the line just keeps going to answer machine, left messages they do not return my call. Don't waste your money but from a reputable company. By the time they finally are delivered they will be dead!!!!

Has anyone managed to speak to anyone I have made three phone calls went to answer machine and one email no replies about and order that has not been processed and delivered despite takeing the money from my account
